London Eye
London Eye is situated on the South Bank of the River Thames, opposite the Houses of Parliament. Go to the "VIP Experience Desk", located inside County Hall, which is the building directly next to the London Eye. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your experience.

London Eye May 2025 - The staff were fantastic, very knowledgeable and informative. The location is conveniently located a short walk from Waterloo train station. The views were wonderful and the champagne experience was well worth the extra $$(limited people in the gondola and don’t have to wait in line!). Highly recommend the London Eye. It’s also near Hop on Hop Off bus stops.

Cheers! - Diana was a great tour leader. I’m so glad we added the champagne-it made the atmosphere better. I might prefer background music on low. Diana was friendly, funny, and sweet.

Skip the line - Fun experience and amazing views. Skip the line was the best decision. The glass of champagne was a nice touch. Great photo opportunity.

Great view with great people - It was extremely pleasant and enjoyable.. great view and our hostess, Safa was incredible, fun and joined in the festivities as it was one gentleman’s birthday and we became engaged … Safa didn’t miss a beat and took a video of the event … the rest of the guest joined in as well…. Highly recommend

Great Views! - My mom and I had the best time on the champagne experience. From the lounge where Holly Grace welcomed us to the trip with Leon, everything was first class. Leon was able to answer every question from our diverse group and made the trip and views so much more interesting. I highly recommend this option.

Highly recommend the champagne tour! - We truly enjoyed this experience from beginning to end! We were able to go to the lounge prior & have a cocktail. Our tour guide, Will, was fantastic! So friendly & knowledgeable also very funny. A small group of very nice people on the pod with us. Will served us champagne & he took pics of anyone that wanted a photo from the top. Answered questions about London history. We’d done the eye a few days prior, so glad we went back for this experience

Magical views, needs better organization - The London Eye at sunset in early May was wonderful, though organization could be improved. Pre-booking for our family was worthwhile for the magical views, weather permitting.

Ok could have been better imo average at best - It’s ok you get one glass of Champagne you do go with other pictures but the day we went it was cloudy so view was not as great. Plus you meet in the bar but the drinks in there were not included not as upscale as they make it appear.
Plus guide didn’t really explain what we were looking at or for.

Pass on this experience - We enjoyed the view, but that was all. We purchased the most expensive option and thought it would be wonderful at sunset. Unfortunately, they stuffed our compartment with approx 20-25 people, including a child in a stroller. There were not enough places to sit, or to even move around. They ran out of champagne after one glass each then offered to sell more for a high price! This was a waste of time and money. Since you have no control over how many people they cram in, I would not recommend.
