Jack the Ripper Tour - It is a two and a half hour walking tour. You do not return to the departure point meaning you have to orient yourself wrt your return journey. Lisa was helpful in all areas. You get a fair bit of history and a nice download of old pics and reports.

Very informative and interesting - Fantastic tour with tons of details. Tyson was so very knowledgeable about the Jack the Ripper murders, victims, suspects and investigations. Walking in the streets where it happened, and doing so in chronological order helped put this horror in perspective. Definitely recommend for anyone interested in learning about these crimes.

Disappointing tour - Whilst we enjoyed the walk around Whitechapel and the city we felt that we did not get much out of the tour. The guide appeared very nervous and whilst she had reasonable knowledge she had poor presentation skills and was not engaging. Did not get a sense of what it would have been like in Victorian times or the real struggles of people living in Whitechapel. If I’m honest, the tour was disappointing and not worth what we paid. Several people left early and we stayed hoping she would improve or gain confidence as the tour progressed. Nice girl from the states but really dont think that this is her thing!

Disappointing especially for the price of the tour - I'm not sure what was suppose to be immersive about their experience, overall disappointing. The information given about Jack the Ripper was inaccurate, for instance the claim that the Dear Boss letter has been proven to be written by Jack the Ripper - even though this is widely believed to be a hoax and is information that can be found out very easily. The narrative was spun to fit the guides idea of who did it - and didn't give accurate details because of this.
