What an experience! - We were a bit sceptical when these tickets were bought for us as a present but we were pleasantly surprised. It was a great afternoon. So well organised with friendly and knowledgable guides. Highly recommend.

A look at History inside Buckingham Palace PLUS an incredible TEA at an elegant hotel - Though the drizzling rain from our meeting point to Buckingham Palace was not on the agenda, once inside the Palace, all our comments turned from ohhhh--to ahhh, and it was fascinating to see history unfold before our eyes. The High Tea in the elegant landmark hotel was especially enjoyable, and was one of the highlights of our trip to London. Truly and wholeheartedly recommended!

Truely enjoyed - The tour, the palace and the Tea was fantastic. Only draw back is the TEA was much more than a short walk from the palace and it was a torrential downpour and we arrived soaked , in hindsight we should have followed another tourist and took a taxi to the Tea

Amazing Your of the Palace - A unique services tour of the Buckingham Palace. The self-guided narrated your allowed a leisurely pace. Part of the tour was narrated by the royals. Description should include that tea is at a nearby hotel, not at the palace. But it's still a once in a lifetime experience.

Rooms & Tea - Richard our guide was great & informative - he guided us with some history to the Palace—where we were on our with our headphones. Hard to believe we were actually in the Palace - so worth it! But was so unexpected was the afternoon tea- little sandwiches & amazing desserts along with our pot of tea.. And again Richard was there to guide us and explained to us the history of afternoon tea..We actually moved our vacation up by a week just so I could take this tour & it was awesome, no regrets just a great great memory.

Nice tour... be aware it’s limited to just when Queen goes on vacation and subjects can peek inside. - Tour guide was knowledgeable and we each had audio devices to be able to hear her as we walked to the palace… And when the palace tour tour was complete (it had its own separate audio tour, as the guide didn’t come into the palace)… We headed over to a nearby hotel for high tea. That too was a pleasant experience. Recommended. Has opportunity for some selfies with the Queen, although inside photography is discouraged... naturally you exit through the gift shop 😉

Great to have been but disappointed that no photography allowed - The tour was good but very rushed by the time we queued up for security and FINALLY got inside. Was interesting to visit the palace and although very opulent, it's a much smaller scale than many other palaces such as those in Russia. I was incredibly disappointed that we weren't allowed any photography. The reason given is that it's a 'working palace' .. but some of the rooms are photographed so often in formal royal family photographs, surely we should have been allowed to photograph in at least a room or two. Overall the tour guide was knowledgable, but the rush of the tour and the high cost left me with a sour taste.

Excellent walking tour - I enjoyed the walking tour from central London down the Mall to Buckingham Palace as it provided some additional context of the Royal Family. The time inside Buckingham Palace was excellent. I was disappointed that the afternoon tea was held at a hotel 15 minutes from Buckingham Palace and we had to walk there.

Disappointing - Walking tour was very short, did not go to the tea, didn't realize that it was 20 minutes away. 3rd time touring the palace, would never take this tour again. I enjoyed it when I was on my own.
