Great tour with close experience of dolphins - Great tour with great guides. We have seen both sperm whales and dolphins. We went snorkeling with the dolphins. An unforgettable experience. The subsequent snorkeling was also very nice. An absolute must if you want to see dolphins and whales!!

Fantastic Boat Trip - What a fantastic boat trip! We did an exclusive whale and dolphin tour. Our guide Julian and driver (I’m so sorry I can’t remember your name!) were outstanding. Very knowledgeable, with full respect for the animals and honestly an incredible knack for spotting wildlife. We saw a group of pilot whales, sperm whales, spinner dolphins and turtles. We found the spot where the dolphins were quite overwhelming so asked if we could leave and carry on with our boat trip which they were more than happy to oblige with and came up with a plan to go to over to Crystal Rock which was stunning. I mentioned that i was desperate to see turtles and having warned me that the place we were in really wasn’t the best for seeing them, they not only managed to find one but several, which was a dream come true. Also I t’s very clear from what we saw of other boats that Dolswim go above and beyond to avoid stressing out the animals so 10/10 to them!

Wonderful experience with a lot of respect and love for the animals - The whale watching was really a beautiful experience with which my partner and I fulfilled a lifetime dream. Our skippers were very concerned with animal welfare and took a lot of consideration, approached at a reasonable and respectful distance and then also turned off the engine of the boat while observing. We could see a Spotted Forest lady and a mom with her baby. Also the encounter with the dolphins was totally great and considerate. Unfortunately, the day before was heavy swell, so the dolphins were hard to see underwater, but they put on a real show and even jumped out of the water and turned pirouettes until the other boats arrived. After that, they swam even further, but not so playful anymore. A heartfelt thank you to our skippers, who made sure that we can take home an unforgettable and respectful experience with these wonderful animals. I will never forget today. In addition to the fun, we also learned a lot about the animals (:
If you want to book your observation, then BE SURE to contact this provider. It was shocking to see other boats jumping their tourists into the water to the baby whale and the mom (which is illegal, by the way!!! And for good reason) and formally encircled the two until they were submerged. The babies can only stay underwater for ten minutes, which means they have to keep coming back. Tourists in the water stress the young animal eerily and when it is then separated from the mother. The thought alone is terrible. Would you want your baby to be touched by every stranger who sees and finds him cute?

The tour was great and... - The tour was great and we saw everything. It could only have been explained a bit more and with the whales there were sometimes over 10 boats and there were a lot of people in the water from other providers so you could hardly admire the whales.

Unique experience of the wildlife but shameful because of the missing breakfast and lunch - Wie booked a tour with light breakfast and lunch but we have never got anything to eat only something to drink…after we came back and complained by phone nobody really helped… they said it was not true… when we returned tonten website the breakfast and lunch were still visible but crossed out… in our eyes it was just fraud!!!! We just booked because of the breakfast and lunch…because we droved 1,5 hours of the opposite site of the island! We could have booked cheaper tours…
We are not complaining about the boat crew they did everything… they were nice and helpful

Disappointed - At the time of booking, it was mentioned that the group was a maximum of 8 people (which clearly tipped the balance in the choice of provider); on arrival, this was not respected and the group was 11. It was mentioned that we could listen to whales and sperm whales using a hydrophone, which is not true, the boat was not equipped. The crew were friendly and very respectful of dolphins and sperm whales, which is not the case with many other vessels present on site... Indeed, both at the site of observation of sperm whales and dolphins, dozens of other boats were present and rushed on cetaceans at the slightest observation... In addition, whether or not you are an experienced swimmer, the wearing of a flotation aid vest is mandatory both on the boat and during launches (except at the snorkeling site at the end). Sincerely; a contract not respected, mass tourism at its purest. The only comfort, the animals were respected. I do not recommend and will not do so again.

On site cheaper and with pickup - Booked with Dolswim.
The night before the tour (at 2 o'clock !) lapidary Whatsapp received, tour cancelled due to rain warning. Transfer could no longer be cancelled and so we stayed on the cost. No more response from Dolswim. Others did the tour at other organizers' on the day....
Can only advise anyone to book only with organizers who have pickup included and just not with Dolswim

Bad experience with dilswim on dolphin trip - Poor organization for the dolphin outing. Force you to swim with a life jacket. So it's impossible to track dolphins. A loft for the exit. The swim with dolphin lasted 30 min for an outing of 7h...
No hygiene for the meal. And poorly organized. We are served food in tup where cooked meat is next to raw meat. We had a night out from 8:00 to 14. With meals on the island at the benign. Result he asks us to eat at 10:30 in the morning... team to flee.

£150 per person nightmare - We booked via Kuoni to go watch dolphins and whales. Up at 4.00am, to be picked up at 4.50am, one and a half hour journey across to flic and Flac, collecting others on the way. After an hour waiting, 13 got on the boat, it was windy. Found a few dolphins with ten other boats following them, so easy to find. Couldn’t swim with them as Kuoni frown about that, but totally understandable. Then a mile out to sea for two nightmarish hours to look for whales, which we never saw. 4 metre swell, getting absolutely wet through, people being sick over the side, what a total nightmare and seemed dangerous to me. We asked to go back to the beach, what a relief when we got there. My advice would be to go when it is calm, our trip should have been cancelled. Not sure who the boat operators were. Then a one and half hour trip back. £150 per person day not to remember.
