It is recommended - Pascal and Jordan are amazing. Pascal bathed with us and took us to the middle of the dolphin school. We even touched them... Impressive, extraordinary, magical... They gave us explanations in French and English. We were 2 families on the boat. They're very helpful. We definitely recommend. Do not do with children too young because swimming is short but very sporty to follow dolphins and swimming is repeated several times.

A unique moment - Amazing experience thanks to Fabien and Thierry. No words to describe the wonder of seeing dolphins swimming alongside us a few meters away! A little crowd in the water because many boats present but the magic is there anyway...

Mr & Mrs Wright Honeymoon - We had a fantastic day with Dolswim, greeted by a friendly smile from Vic & given some safety/lifejacket advice, we also had a talk about what the procedure was going to be for the day. The chance to swim with dolphins is very special, Dolswim's policy of only going into the water two at a time is very professional in our eyes, this allows Vic to keep a safe eye on the people he is with, other boats/companies have 10-12 people going into the water all at once, & nobody seems to count the people getting back on there boat. I agree it does seem like a lot of boats are chasing the dolphins at times but if the dolphins were unhappy they are able to swim away, better to have the experience with wild dolphins than ones kept in a pen. We were also lucky to see wild sperm whales & Dolswim were very aware/careful not to distress the whales, finishing the day by floating along side a pod of 6 whales. Thank you Dolswim for an awesome day. Tony & Kirsteen.

Good morning out - Ok. No facilities on land. Toilet on board which helped. Only company with life jackets. Too many other companies looking for Dolphins at same time. Staff very good.

Really enjoyable - Dolswim is highly recommended if you're visiting Mauritius at some point. We were able to swim near a pod of dolphins and were guided excellently by the staff. They provided some GoPro photos and videos of us with the dolphins, at a very reasonable price. Not recommended if you get seasick, as we were out there for three hours just for five minutes in the water! However, this was great, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

Swimming no, chasing yes.... - Nothing to say about the safety and friendliness of the staff. However, as for the activity swimming with dolphins, we were told to come as soon as possible to avoid the world and end up with too many boats.... At the end of the start 6:30-7h, we end up with 20 boats, mini 100 people in total and I am surely far away and the activity begins... you wanted to swim with dolphins and find yourself chasing the dolphins, being in the starting blocks to jump in the water and hope to swim 10 seconds 5m from them... and it went again and this for 2 hours... In short 5 dolphins chased for 2 hours by 20 boats. We felt sorry for them and were only looking forward to it ending... I don't advise at all!

TO FORGET VERY QUICKLY - 42 motorboats in a few hundred meters with a dozen dolphins and fifty swimmers. This is the show offered , the poor dolphins are absolutely not respected and the safety for the swimmers is zero. Lunch on the island of benigniers: 3 hours waiting without being able to swim (several dozen boats anchored); SAD DAY

To be banned from any activity - Keep your money! If the members are kind and professional, the activity is to be avoided (professional as rabbeur). It's money hunting, if you're lucky, you'll be out of tourist season, otherwise, the activity will come down to a boat tour, followed by a meeting of a dozen or more boats (including many folding boats) to swing the swimmers who will see the dolphins flee this grouping. If we had paid "dolphin watching", I might have understood but meeting and swimming dolphin, absolutely not! If you like these animals, leave them alone as this kind of activity will only drive them out of this area.

Very bad experience. - Very Unwelcoming. Change of the scheduled time to 10.00hrs and not optional. without notifying us that to have a chance to see the dolphins the exit must be made at 7.30hrs. We made a slight delay of 4mins..they categorically refused to wait for us although they allowed themselves to change the time of the outing to their convenience and had sent the outing several times for a period of at least 5 months although the booking was made 5 months from that.No empathy, flexibility or sympathy on the part of Mel.. very arrogant.indifferent and antipathic. For me it's a snare in the nose because we had no chance to see dolphins at 10.30hrs..!!!
