During the summer, private vehicles are not allowed on Hermit Road. The tour guide will direct you to park at stop 15 and walk between stops 16-22, afterwards taking the shuttle for stops 23-31. Beyond stop 31, located on the eastern part of the park, you can drive your private vehicle again.
