Great snorkeling spot - A wonderful day trip. Everything went really well. A great boat trip to the islands, especially nice to sit at the front, but be careful, you'll get wet. Great snorkeling spot, turtles, octopuses, etc. Lunch. On the way home we saw whales with babies and then drank delicious cocktails near the harbor in Grand Baie.

Great whole day out - Attentive friendly, professional crew, great boat plenty of space, plentiful BBQ. The reef was teaming with fish and live coral.

Very high quality service and fun vibes! - The cruise members adapted the language spoken to the people onboard. The instructions were clear. The islands were beautiful to visit and when we came back there was a lot of music and a lot of delicious food cooked onboard. They even had drums and we could dance.

A nice trip without the WOW effect - According to the description, it was supposed to start at 9 a.m. However, we were informed the day before that the meeting time was 8 a.m. - 8:20 a.m. As we were arriving by taxi from the cruise port, that was a very early time. We arrived at 8 a.m., but the other participants didn't arrive until around 9 a.m. and departure was then around 9:30 a.m. There were three of us on catamarans in total. The trip was good and the crew was very nice. During the trip, we had a barbecue. At the first stop, we were able to snorkel for a few minutes before looking for a place to have lunch. The food was good and tasted good, but there wasn't much of it. The second stop was a bit longer. On the way back, we had a quick chance to jump into the water from the boat in a bay.

Catamaran Tour canceled - The tour was canceled without notice beforehand. We got the info of the cancelation at the meeting point when we called the tour operator. We payed the taxi to get there but no compensation so far.

Unacceptable and shameful! - Scandalous: 15 catamarans go with 40 passengers to the same places, at the same time. A real cacophony reigns because everyone is playing music. You bathe in water sticky with solar oil and gas oil. You don't know which tender is yours and you get verbally attacked when you're not exactly where your skipper wants you to be. Our skipper did not appreciate being made to comment on the chaotic organization and sequestered us on the catamaran, while the other customers who did not dare to say anything were able to visit the 2nd island. Our boat was the "Dawn" and the macho and hyper-touchy skipper was called Terry. His behavior was unacceptable, even repressible. We were humiliated. The rest of the crew was awkward and the atmosphere was rather gloomy, but just before returning to Grand Baie, the crew was pleasant so that we left them a tip. We think we're dreaming!

Mass tourism scam! - mass tourism excursion!! boat the DAWN, taken on December 26 for the day. no indication on the beach for the meeting point with all the boats leaving at the same time...1 hour late without really any explanation...very poorly organized excursion with 40 tourists on board...we had the feeling of being cattle, pressed for time...40 minutes per island + 10 minutes for snorkeling...and a return 30 minutes before the scheduled time. A tourist scam...

One of the most terrible experiences i’ve had! - We booked through get your guide website a catamaran cruise on the 9th December 2023 from Vacances oh soleil, needless to say it was terrible. They loaded 75 passengers on the ride. The drinks are out in the middle and overall terrible. The music is horribly loud. The crew extremely unorganized. The shuttling to the islands was a disaster we waited 45 min in the sun for the loading: in contrast to the description only 45 min per Island?! this is ridiculous. This is why most passengers did not get a 3 islands trip. This was the worst experience on Mauritius island. We also found out that most people paid 20 - 30 euros or less while we paid 66 Euros. After we expressed our disappointment to the contact person and he promised a discount which of course he didn't follow through. Definitely do mot recommend.

This cruise is a cattle truck - Our outing was canceled the day before at 10:28 p.m. by email (which we did not see given the late hour). We waited 2 hours without anyone bothering to show up. Cancellation or not, a professional service provider takes care of communication with its customers. This cruise is a cattle truck. We had time to see around a hundred tourists on catamarans running at full speed. Woaaaw, the town lagoon is beautiful...
