The activity level for this tour ranges from low to medium. It typically features smaller, more intimate groups and is enjoyable for participants aged 12 to 70, as long as they can comfortably ride a bicycle. The tour includes 4 stops, covering approximately 18 miles. The electric bicycles offer both pedal assist and throttle options. Bicycle seats are designed for comfort, and the tour includes frequent stops with restroom facilities available along the route. An escort vehicle accompanies the tour for added convenience.

Preparing for the Tour:

It is recommended to have breakfast or a meal before the tour. Although lunch is provided, it is served later in the day (around 1:30 pm), so if you have a diabetic condition or are highly athletic, bringing snacks is advisable. Bottled water is provided during the tour, along with the use of our beach towels. We also capture photos throughout the tour, which will be emailed to you.

Additionally, please bring sunglasses, sunblock, a hat, and closed-toe shoes if possible. You are welcome to bring swimsuits, slippers, and other personal items. There will be an opportunity to change or swim at the Banana Bay Restaurant. A chase vehicle follows the tour, allowing larger bags to be stored in the vehicle. We can also accommodate a limited number of guests with a prosthetic leg.
