Ideal Orientation Method - Well, it's a vehicle pulling two passenger cars behind. It is small because it must navigate narrow streets. It does the job and you get oriented to city.

Granada Hop on Hop Off Tour - This was a fun hop on hop off tour of Granada. Most of the time is in the newer part if the city, but you do go throught the old, historic section and climb some very steep hills. It was worth the money and we saw everything we wanted to see.

Good value for money - What an experience, shakes the bones of you but excellent value for money and brilliant to see the views. Loved every minute of it. Well worth it.

Perfect for viewing the city if you have time but nothing special - A new take for me on the hop on hop off vehicles. The audio guide was pretty stripped down in comparison to other places I've visited with these types of tours, but the trip around was great to be able to see the different places around Granada.

You have to take your own ear plugs - Disappointing to not have ear plugs provided so no audio ! Very rough ride - sore back from the irregular jolting . We did tour the city and had 3 stops in and around Alhambra but the fact there was no commentary as advertised was a missed opportunity.

Attrape nigaud - Here is the worst service I have ever seen! We bought tickets online, download the QR code. At 10:30 we arrive at the station paseos de los tristes but no space to hop on! The driver advises to walk till Plaza Nueva. Here even though we had tickets and QR code, you still need to queue (for a llooooonnggg time) to validate your tickets (with the ppl without tickets) for the staff to print the same QR code on paper (sustainability?!). In the morning, we had to wait from 10:30 for 1h30 without being able to take a train. Lunch time is important for little one! In the afternoon… after the nap, it was much better only 1h15 wait! We bought a day ticket but let’s be honest only few ppl hop off so it is a utopia to get the most of it. Last but not least, the audio guide was out of service… I do not recommend at all this experience.

The worst of Granada - We put a point because you can't 0. To begin with, the girl who was at the Plaza Nueva stop was unpleasant. Two questions, two bad answers. With the train at 50% capacity, the driver, also very unpleasant, did not allow my wife and me to sit together in a completely empty car; Either we went in separate rows (as it was) or we were crowded to the point that, although we tried, it was impossible (4 adults do not fit in each row). The bad driver with noses, jerks and sudden stops. The bus sounded everywhere (the descent from the Alhambra was unbearable due to the constant screeching of the brakes). The absurd, meaningless tour, nothing to do with it. And we didn't even talk about the headphones, because apart from the fact that they aren't included in the price, one didn't work. It's not worth taking. It's wasting money. Not even taking the "Granada Card", which this train enters, is worth getting on.

Don’t bother!!!!! - Awful. Waited over an hour to get on the 3rd bus as first 2 were full. Even then I didn’t get to sit with my husband and completely squashed in with strangers. The earphones cost an extra €3 and didn’t even work. Seats hard and uncomfortable whilst being rattled around in the bus. Wasted our morning waiting around for this bus and you really don’t get to see much along the way unless you get off (but we didn’t want to wait another hour) It’s a waste of time and money. My advice is skip it and catch the regular bus or take a taxi.

I regret hiring me - Terrible service. Low frequency. Long wait because they have few vehicles. If you go for a day you lose time in line and without seeing the city. Poorly organized. Same line for those who buy and for those who already have the ticket.

It's a tourist scam - Awful!!! They say it happens every 20 minutes when it happens every hour, and the buses are usually full and you have to wait for the next one. It is more worth spending the money on taxis or buses. The staff also treats you very badly. Tourist scam!!
