Please note that the starting time printed on your voucher is only an approximation, and the exact start time will be communicated to you via email or SMS. To ensure that you receive timely updates, please provide a valid phone number in case the tour supplier needs to contact you regarding any changes to your tour that may be enforced by the Alhambra administration.
- Please note: the Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
- Keep in mind that The Alhambra closes every December 25 and January 1, we will always assign the visit either for December 26 or for January 2
- All travelers must bring their passport or physical identity card on the day of the visit. When you make the reservation you must give us the identity data of all the passengers since the Alhambra tickets are nominative.
- Our tour includes the tickets. The Alhambra system requires that you provide us with all full names, as the tickets are nominative (you will need to bring your passport or ID card on the day of the visit). We would also like to inform you that the tour may be canceled due to sold-out tickets, sometimes even on the same day in the early morning, although our cancellation rate is on average less than 0.4%. It can happen because Alhambra tickets are limited, and sometimes they may not be available for various reasons. However, we have a success rate of over 99% in obtaining them due to our dedication and experience. But please rest assured, this happens very rarely; you are in good hands. We prefer to inform you about the system, and this is how all agencies operate. So when you make the reservation, you must read carefully that you cannot have train reservations or other activity; you must have the whole day dedicated to the Alhambra because there may be changes in the schedule. It does not depend on us but on the complexity of the monument. We are aware of the importance of this visit for you, we want to meet your needs, but when you make reservations, you accept these conditions; in case of cancellation, all the money will be refunded through the platform.

Educated and entertained - We have taken a number of similar tours over the years and can honestly say this was one of the best. Our guide, Abubakr was superb. He really made the Alhambra come alive putting it all in its historical, social, and religious context. We walked away from our visit with a better understanding of the world we live in. Would not hesitate to do it again.

Absolutely amazing - Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. A once in a lifetime experience. Fatima was so incredibly knowledgeable- he made the history come alive. Our kids had a great time
too and loved the “quizzes” along the way, learning more about Arabic and the designs of the gardens and palace. I wish we had arranged to spend all day with our guide!

Excellent guide Carlos at the Alhambra - Our guide Carlos was a font of knowledge about the Alhambra—his passion for the many fascinating aspects of the history, art, architecture, infrastructure, etc shone through— and he was engaging enough to keep two 20 year olds and two middle aged people interested for 3 hours. It really added a lot to have a guide who could bring these places to life.

Highlight of any vacation trip. - Knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating guide. The monument itself was overwhelming and beyond my ability to describe fully. It is an experience that has to be witnessed to be fully appreciated.

Lahambra - Tour guide (Fatmi) was excellent and very knowledgeable. We enjoyed the tour but we’re upset that the cost was double what other tour agencies charged. Don’t expect me to use TripAdvisor any time soon. I understand a premium but 2x is unsatisfactory.
