Great Experience - Tickets seemed pretty much sold out elsewhere but was able to get through WayGo. They communicated leading up to the trip and our group had an excellent time. Fair warning - your official tickets will not come until the night prior to your visit. All worked out. I highly recommend as Alhambra and the Nasrid Palace were great to see.

Thank you - I’m writing this review for those that are suspicious (like I was) about the reviews, the price and whether tickets actually exist.
Nasrid entry was sold out on the day we were going to be in Granada. I searched everywhere, there were a few options with similar prices and some with guided tour, which we didn’t want. I ended up choosing this one for the following reasons:
1. I’ve used Viator/TripAdvisor before - my experience was so far okay.
2. They noted that “Your ticket is guaranteed but the Nasrid Palaces entry time may vary” - no other tour organisers used the word “guaranteed”.
3. 24 hour cancellation policy - if anything felt weird during the process, I could cancel in advance.
I purchased 2 tickets for Wednesday 23rd April. I provided all the details required. My preferred time slots were 9am or 4pm because we needed to be super efficient with our itinerary as we were flying out on the same day.
Not having the certainty until the day of, caused great anxiety and stress. I followed up a few times leading up to the date to ensure they didn’t ghost after I paid. Despite numerous times of asking the same question (about Nasrid entry), they always responded within 24-48 hours.
On Wednesday 23rd April 12:34AM, I RECEIVED THE TICKETS!!! What a relief. It felt like the biggest accomplishment of the year. My tickets were for 10:30AM entry (not my ‘preferred’ time slot but flexibility was required so it was not an issue). I went to the gates 20 minutes before the time slot. They’re fairly strict with entry times so they told us we had to wait until 10:15AM to enter, so we waited. Finally, I felt safe that this was not a scam. At 10:20AM, we entered Nasrid Palaces, then continued our visit to Alcazaba and Generalife. Had to show our passport (not tickets) during each access point, no issues.
Yes, I paid a lot more for what would’ve costed 20 euros per person. Travelling from Australia (30+ hours just to get here), it was totally worth it and I’m glad it all worked out.

Great service - We were grateful to Waygo for procuring our Nasrid Palace tickets! They were very communicative throughout the process.
Notes:
You will need to provide Waygo your passport info.
They can’t confirm your ticket entry time until the day before.

Good Day - Overall quite good. The instructions for tickets and access could be much better. Also the pdf audioguide that was sent could be more thorough as it did not go over much of the text that was provided in the pdf.

Impressive, neat and large - Alhambra looks very well maintained and impressive how Islamic and Christian culture come together. Even in September it is still busy but doable. I wouldn't go in high season because of the crowds and high temperatures

CONFIRMED RESERVATION AND NO TICKETS - DO NOT BOOK WITH WAYGO! They do not deliver tickets. Someone from the company sent an unofficial WhatsApp message less than 24 hours before the tour to inform me that they were unable to secure the tickets and that I should cancel the reservation on my end. Since I refused to cancel, they cancelled the reservation 5-6 hours before my family and I were due to visit. After holding my money for about 2 weeks, I ended up with no tickets from WayGo on the scheduled day of my visit despite prior confirmation. After having flown here from another country and despite previously confirmed reservations, WAYGO DOES NOT DELIVER. Save yourself the trouble and book with someone else. This company should not be endorsed by TripAdvisor.

Despite paying and... - Despite paying and receiving tickets in advance of travelling to Spain, Viator cancelled the trip on the morning we were due to visit the Alhambra, claiming their servers had failed.
That indicates to me that they never had any Nasrid Palace tickets available despite taking my money.
To be fair they did refund the amount taken by them but we would have rather done the Alhambra tour.

RUN AWAY before the steal your money!!! A complete FRAUD that ruined a most desired trip.NEVER AGAIN - VIATOR and their sub_company in Granada are the WORST travel agency ever.Trust me, they are a complete FRAUD making advantage of honest customers. Do believe the feedback of dozens of customers stollen in their good faith!!! I travel the World over 200 nights a year since I was a child and I'm over 60 now. They (very politely) "take care" of u vía chat before u pay.
And I've payed 216 Euros for a ticket worth 21,20 on the Alhambra web site. The WORST is that after chashing your bucks they vanish intro thin air and send u whatever they want or have. In our case we could not visit the Nasrid Palace; a must when purchasing and made cristal clear to them. It was a Holy promise to my sister now she is cancer free and we travelled 14.000 miles to make it happen. Due to her illness I was not able to Buy the tcks from the Alhambra web site at 10 times cheaper. But if I pay, and I did payed a huge ammount of money u expect what u buy. No. At 2.37 AM (I was waiting awake for our tickets!) VIATOR refunded me 100 Euros and, NO NAZRID Palace at all and charged 116 EUROS for the GARDENS and Generalife. A 10 Euro ticket!!! No more chat, no more kind "chat", no nothing. Just an e.mail :" lady, go and see the gardens!" . My advice, RUN AWAY from VIATOR while u can. Now they have My money and I could not grant the promise to my sister. A true FRAUD. Never again!!!
