Amazing experience! - Seeing the Alhambra and its gardens. I especially liked the water gardens and the rills. The sound of the water was very peaceful. Very informative and knowledgeable guide. Helpful with the baby. The Alhambra provided a baby carrier which was incredibly helpful.

Best guide ever! Like a class in art, history and linguistics while seeing the Alhambra! - Ravie was the best guide ever! Speaking both Arabic and multiple other languages, having studied art, and also having studied history really gives him an edge over others. He was able to translate the inscriptions inside the palace, tell us so many contextual stories from the history and provide a unique perspective. We are going to take a tour with him again when we return. Ravie was the best guide ever! Great Service and Knowledge of the Guide! - it was good tour as we booked last minute, they were able to organize Alhambra tickets although pricing was a rip-off but that you pay for booking last minute I assume. Guide was really good and knowledgeable and very helpful.

Last minute miracle tour - We arrived in Grenada just to realize that we should have made reservation in advance to visit Alhambra. I traveled with my daughter and her husband to Granada just to tour Alahmbra! What to do? I can’t disappoint my daughter. So, I started the search for a last minute solution and this company came through for us. 2 ticket were obtained and the tour was on. The tour guide, Aboubakr, met my daughter and her husband at la Mimbre restaurant and was very courteous and immediately made us feel great. During the tour, he was very knowledgeable and accommodating and shared many historical stories. My daughter and her husband were extremely pleased and still raving about this tour and Aboubakr. We highly recommend this tour, but please plan ahead.

Alhambra Tour May 22, 2924 - We hired a private guide for a skip-the-line Alhambra tour. His name is Dinko Duancic. He was fantastic—charming and well-informed, with perfect English. It was well worth the cost.

Private Tour with Alex - Alex, our charming tour guide had a difficult task: he had to entertain a group with kids, parents, and grandparents - and did a wonderful job. He fed the culture loving adults with loads of information about the architecture, history and art of the Alhambra and entertained the kids with little games. So the tour was great for everyone!

We had a great tour with... - We had a great tour with a experienced guide Yosin. He knew everything about the history and details of Alhambra, the gardens and the palaces. And he spoke Dutch, so it was an easy tour for us to follow. Alhambra is beautiful and a must to visit> Only minor thing to the organization. We booked a morning tour which ended up being postponed due to a lack of tickets for the time we booked. Flexibility is needed which is not mentioned on the website.

WARNING ! DO NOT USE VIATOR OR TRIPADVISOR! - STOP! DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!! We had a CONFIRMED and PAID reservation for an Alhambra private tour with VIATOR through Tripadviser. This was a once in a lifetime visit, and two hours before we were to meet our guide for our scheduled tour, we received a text that they did not have the tickets and would need to cancel or reschedule our tour. Our group of six family members were already on a train to Granada from Seville with no option to modify our plans. This was outrageous and the biggest disappointment of our trip! When we called customer service regarding the situation, we were hung up on TWICE! DO NOT BOOK THROUGH TRIPAVISOR OR VIATOR! We are still waiting on our refund....
