Wonderful guide, wonderful trip - Driss was an excellent tour guide. Smart, interesting and f fun to be with. We learned so much from him and loved the music he played at times to match the mood! Javier was an excellent driver as well. I highly recommend.

My experience in Alhambra. - Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommendable. If I evere come back to Granada, I will definitely book the tour with them.

Worth a visit. Go on a January weekday to avoid crowds. - Alhambra is a unique structure that everyone must see once in their lifetime. For us, the visit was on a cool January afternoon. We started from Seville with a group of about 15 people and our awesome bilingual guide: Alberto. The tour was well organized with well planned stops, minimal waiting around and adequate time for the visit, lunch, etc. Alberto was knowledgeable, organized and very considerate (took photos for us, answered lots of questions). The only negative in my opinion was that the carrier was a little tight as it was a minibus with very small seats which made the 3-hr journey each way a little uncomfortable.

Recommended:Tour of Alhambra by Naturanda - We have had the pleasure of meeting people of Naturanda Tours in Saville, Spain, during our planned and prepaid tour on Dec 21, 2023 from Saville to Granada (Alhambra gardens and palaces and Albaysin). The office staff was very courteous, polite and assuring. Though, at times their communication seemed delayed or insufficient (no response to question posted on their portal and another email query, or received a text message only once, a day before the actual tour, etc.), it didn’t lead to any chaos or debacle. Our tour guide Alberto was a great professional, energetic with enough sense of humor, very knowledgeable, practical and very sensible gentleman. He knew when to talk and enrich your experience and when to keep quiet to let you absorb or reflect or just relax. He also gave tips about lunch in the Albaysin village, for special dietary needs (we were vegetarian/vegan). Finally, another Grenada local guide Ana-prearranged by Naturanda-covered the inside of Alhambra premises. Ana had university masters degree in history, 7 years leading tour groups in Alhambra and a keen passion to share her love of the region, place and their rich history itself with you. There could not have been a better guide to lead you and enrich your experience of Alhambra. She also called our tour group “family!” which I found bit amusing. I had held this dream over a decade to visit Alhambra one day and someone else could have very easily ruined it totally, when I finally got a chance to live my dream. I am glad and lucky that I chose Naturanda and met Alberto and Ana. The bus coach was nice and clean but the seats didn’t have hand-rests and foot rests. For a 3-hour each way trip, total 6 hours in the bus, this is quite uncomfortable. Also, I would expect tour to provide a water bottle each in the least during the long bus ride. All in all, my wife and I had a great tour experience and met these two wonderful tour guides. I also overheat someone else in our tour group talking highly about another Naturanda tour guide they had a day before for their Alcazar palace tour. Thus, I would not hesitate to take any tours from Naturanda again in future!

Al Hambra Day Trip 10/10 - The team was very efficient & friendly. Alberto was a great joy throughout the day and was helpful with everything. Anna, our local guide at Al Hambra, was a fantastic storyteller. While it was a long day; time flew. Thanks to the team for making everything smooth & pleasurable! Highly recommended ✌🏼

Great day trip experience to Alhambra! - Overall great experience. Jose was a wonderful tour guide who could speak in English and Spanish. He was very knowledgeable. The tour was timely and well managed. The bus itself was in great condition! Only point for improvement or feedback that we had was the 'viewpoint' and lunch detour in Granada had a great view however the area in general did not do justice to Granada as a city and seemed to have very few food and shopping options from a tourist standpoint. That took away a lot of time that we may have liked to instead spend in Alhambra and the stores around there. The guide at Alhambra - Ani, was amazing with a lot of historic information. Highly recommend them for day trips!

Disappointing Tour - Little Information Given - First, the vendor changed the date of my tour saying they didn't have enough people on the date I selected and then changed the time. The guide was conducted in 2 languages at the same time - Italian and English - which really meant you got half the info. The guide did not seem to have much knowledge of the site - only the general dates and major events. I heard other guides providing a lot of interesting stories of the history of what happened there. Our guide just talked about how it was built and the main dates. I know of others who just downloaded an audio guide for a few dollars and thought it was great. I wish I had done that and not spent the money.

Don't use this company - Had booked the tour 6 weeks in advance and the day we flew out to Seville I received a message saying my tour was cancelled and no reason as to why. When I emailed them they did not even bother to to respond. We were unable to get tickets to Alhambra when we arrived to Seville as they were all sold out for the rest of the month and we were told by the hotel that they need to be booked in advance. The hotel also informed us that this company had cancelled other guests tours as well. It was very disappointing as we had booked this entire trip to mainly to see Alhambra.
