Great to work with! Great experience! - Our photographer arrived at our hotel lobby at the appointed time. He asked what we were looking for first, before making several suggestions. He even said if we didnt mind waiting for 30m (halfway through the shoot) the setting sun would give us some great light and more colorful water. I will say he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and fun to work with, and although younger than we expected, we were glad we chose him and his service to take our photos.

Great photographer!! - We had a photographer-Nzaandi and his partner—capture many fun photos of our family. We have three young daughters, so I was pleased he was able to efficiently capture great portraits of all the girls individually and together. I was really happy with the beach they suggested for the photo shoot. It was nice they were willing to drive to where we were staying if we desired, as well. I highly recommend Nzaandi. His laid back style and great communication really put us at ease and allowed for a great opportunity to take pictures of our entire family in a beautiful place. The price was very reasonable and we received all of the edited photos within a couple days. Now we have some wonderful photos to add to our walls at home. Thank you!!

Great experience and beautiful photos - I was looking to have a photoshoot and capture some nice moments with my family while in Turks and Caicos and the experience I had with Nzaandi couldn’t have been better. I booked with him directly and scheduling the photoshoot was easy. Nzaandi was very responsive and accommodating as I had to reschedule a couple of times. The photoshoot went smoothly and the photos turned out beautiful. Price was very reasonable and we didn’t have to wait long for the edited photos. Couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for a photographer while you’re in the Turks and Caicos, look no further.

Beach photo session for couples - We loved our photo session! They made us feel super comfortable in front of the camera and gave easy to follow instructions. The photos turned out great - such a special memory of our time in Turks and Caicos!

Waiting patiently - The photographer we were expecting did not show up nor was that communicated to us., in advance. Nearly 10 minutes late into our scheduled shoot, two young men (one with a camera) appeared. They were very nice and began taking photos of us. It was our understanding that we would receive pictures 2-3 days after session.. It has been 6 days and no pictures or communication.

Do not use! - I would not recommend using Nzaandi for any photo sessions while in Turks & Caicos as my experience has been all over the place. I found Nzaandi from Tripadvisor as he was rated highly on the site when looking for professional family pictures. I reached out directly to him via Email as I wanted to get more information on how many pictures I would get after the session. I received a quick reply and was also told that if I book directly via Email instead of Tripadvisor that he’d give a $25 discount, so I did with the date, time, and location confirmed. He gave me a link to pay ahead of time or mentioned I could pay cash the day of the shoot. I ended up paying the full amount the day before the shoot. On the day of the session, my family goes to wait for him to arrive and he does not. The hotel I was staying at was able to get in contact with him and gave me the phone. He mentioned that he didn’t have any record of a session booked and wasn’t sure who I was. During the call I replied again to the Email and then he recognized who I was and when the session was supposed to be booked. He was able to leave then and come out to the hotel and take pictures about 1.5 hours later than the appointment. Once he was there the session was good. A few days later we received the watermarked pictures to choose from and we were happy with the pictures that were taken. We selected the pictures we wanted and also identified 3 pictures to be corrected as he said he could do a few things for the pictures we selected. I followed up that day with an Email to let him know the selections were made (June 11). Three weeks passed and no reply from Nzaandi. I had sent a few Emails during that time to just to understand the status. I understand sometimes fixing pictures can take some time so really all I wanted to know was the status, but no response. I eventually called him on July 6 and spoke to him. He apologized for not sending pictures and would do it that evening. I also mentioned I don’t care about any improvements and just wanted the HQ pictures without the watermarks, and I’d be ok with everything. I eventually got my pictures, but the quality was horrible. Long story, but again I wouldn’t recommend Nzaandi again. His price is lower than others on Tripadvisor, but don’t let that distract you from the headache and potential you may not ever get your pictures. I see a few other experience the same thing around the same time as me.

Never received photos, don’t do it. - Do NOT book. We were told we would receive the photos within 24 hours. Like many other recent reviews, we never received them. After two weeks, we were just told SD card is damaged and pictures cannot be retrieved.

Terrible Experience - There is very poor communication. It’s been over a week. We have not heard when we will receive pictures. I was given a cell number by the photographer who was hired but the Nzaandi. He said it was Nzaandi’s contact. Said we would receive pictures in 48 hrs. No response to date. I will be fighting back for the money I was charged for pictures I really wanted and was ready to pay for. I would not recommend.

DO NOT BOOK! USE ANOTHER COMPANY! NEVER GOT PICS! DEVASTATED - HORRIBLE!! Bought new dresses, photos were perfect and then ghosted and never sent. Photographer said SD card was damaged (which can usually be recovered with data recovery) refused to send SD card to me to fix! DO NOT BOOK!!!! Seriously, ignore positive reviews, warning DO NOT BOOK! Lots of other responsible vendors!

DONT DO IT - If I could give zero stars I would. Booked a service, paid, showed up at the appointed place and the service provider was not there. Contacted him multiple times with no response. Booked him for my birthday shoot in Turks and Caicos. Had everything set to collect the memories. Hair, makeup, dress, shoes AND HE DIDNT SHOW UP. I didn’t have time to book another vendor so I left without getting my special day captured. To say I was furious and disappointed doesn’t suffice.
