Great day on the water - Great time and wonderful views. Would recommend to all for all ages. Boat crew and captain were very attentive and supportive throughout the tour.

Parasailing for first time - Crew was super nice! We got lost but they came back for us! Adult children had a blast, said the experience was great but wished they could have stayed in the air longer. Overall terrific fun and do recommend.

Overall, it was ok, but it could have been better. - Overall, it was ok, the flight was good, our daughter's first time, so she liked it, thought it was cool, but for us, we felt that the boat crew was constantly distracted with various things. I totally get that there is a lot to coordinate, nothing bad happened and not much to be overly concerned about, which is good, but in our opinion, with the lack of attention at times, I think things could have been better. The driver is constantly on the phone coordinating the next pick-ups (maybe consider an ear bud), and at times, the fliers returning to the boat were coming down while the other guy was too busy fumbling with paperwork and not paying attention to the people landing on the deck. My suggestion, maybe have the people fill out the waiver form online prior to boarding, this will save time for everyone and not much paperwork to worry about on board if this is an electronic copy. Pay a little more attention to the task at hand and I am sure my opinion would have changed for the better. Also, be a little friendlier, we did not get that welcoming feeling to embark on this adventure, we felt more like a burden and just a source for a revenue stream. We understand that most people going on this adventure are first timers, they too do not pay attention, listen too well to direction from the crew either, which I am sure adds to the crew's frustration; so, if you are going, listen and pay attention, it is for your safety, maybe the experience will be more pleasant.

Not all we were expecting - The view from parasailing is amazing. We could see the beautiful blue waters on both sides of the island. We loved the flight. Beyond that there were some disappointments. There were a total of 12 passengers (6 flights). The entire trip, from first pickup to last drop off, was 1:05. The crew was very focused on pushing everyone through as fast as possible. Flights started on 7 minute intervals including time to attach and disconnect, even though the website said the flights would last 12-15 minutes. Only the first couple was offered the “dip in the ocean.” Even when one passenger threw up upon landing, the crew’s focus was on getting her disconnected and the next couple connected, rather than her comfort and safety. We were disappointed that we did not get the full experience we expected.
