Fun outing! - Great tour! Saw lots of turtles, conch, sharks, osprey and a crane / heron! Great to get towed out by the boat, fun views and Ted was great.

We had a great... - We had a great experience! Our guide Nick was AMAZING! He was incredibly knowledgeable about marine life….we learned a lot! We saw conch, Cassiopea, baby shark, heron, paddled w sea turtles, and saw variety of fish. The guides did a great job navigating the kayak train to and from mangrove cay during an incredibly busy Easter weekend on the water! Thank you all! Highly recommend!

Good experience - Beautiful clear water, saw turtles, baby sharks, conch! Mitch was a great guide. They picked us up from hotel and dropped off which was convenient.

A great tour - Marcus was the best- a great introduction to the mangroves and sightings of a shark, turtles, jelly fish, conch, snails and fish. A great way to see a different part of Provo.

Fun time! - The guides were very friendly and knowledgeable. Trip went a little longer than expected - but everyone had a great time.

Choose A Different Operator - We were so excited for this tour, only to be disappointed in many ways upon arrival. To start, our tour was delayed 45 mins. And fine, “island time” is something I can roll with, but not when the operator is rude and condescending. Asking “Ted” for the approx start time (since our tour was delayed) resulted in him calling me “princess” and dismissing me so he “could do his job”. News flash, Ted: your job includes customer relations, not patronizing women with pet names and non-responses. Highlights included the mangrove tour and many sea turtles, but the operators were disorganized and unsafe (parked my child in front of an active truck exhaust while disembarking, gave us a cracked kayak which was taking on water, allow boats to float carelessly and wash up onto the boat ramp scratching the bottoms). There were many different companies and operators jockeying for space at the same time, which was stressful for some guests whom I could overhear complaining. Other operators seemed more organized and respectful of their customers. Choose them instead.
