Please be aware that there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. After this time, entry may disrupt the performance and the enjoyment of other guests. We kindly request that you arrive on time to fully experience the event.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will contact you at least one day before the show to arrange a possible rescheduling.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
