- Enjoy a wild-caught barramundi & potato rosti and stack cooked over the coals. - Seasoned with native pepperberry & saltbush & served with tomatoes, a balsamic glaze, a lemon & Kimberley honey drizzle, fresh herbs & Ord River lime.
