Golden - Delicious Mystery is a full, progressive meal guided by a puzzle adventure.

On the day of your Delicious Mystery tour, you and your partner will receive a link to the tour website that introduces The Lost Mine story and gives your first location to visit. From there, you’ll follow the story on your phone, solving puzzles to advance the plot and reveal the pick-up locations of your food and drinks.

At each restaurant, you’ll go to the counter and let them know that you’re there for a Delicious Mystery pick-up. As you find a shady place and enjoy your dish, you uncover more of the story and start working on your next puzzle. Bring your appetite– there’s quite a bit of food! You can expect dishes from unique and wonderful, locally-owned restaurants.

Bring a pencil and paper for solving puzzles– you’ll need it! If you get stuck, there are hints (and even answers) available, so the puzzles will never truly stand between you and your next pick-up.

Delicious Mystery offers an intriguing food journey guided by conundrums! Using your mobile device, you and your companion will delve into the tale of a vanished gold mine, finding solutions for riddles as you progress. Every puzzle unravels more of the plot and directs you to your upcoming delectable eatable or beverage retrieval spot. Encompassing 5 destinations in total, it offers a comprehensive, sequential culinary experience. Delicious Mystery is an ideal fit for enthusiasts of pursuit games, escape rooms, and of course, splendid food!

Golden History Museum is the suggested starting point for Delicious Mystery (but not part of the tour.) Restaurant stops are revealed throughout the activity, all within short walking distance of here.

Good Puzzlin' - A fun hour or two! Very easy walking distance, moderate-level puzzles, and yummy snacks. We had kids in tow (5 and 8) and they handled everything fine.

If you’re a gamer and foodie… Delicious Mystery is for you! - Last year my husband and I enjoyed the Lahaina tour location so much, a year later we decided to do the Golden tour too since we were in the area. And Delicious Mystery impressed us again!! Golden Colorado is a cute/fun town that is enjoyable to explore. The food was great and puzzles were fun. Definitely worth checking out at both locations if you can. THANK YOU Delicious Mystery! Can’t wait for more!

Great Introduction to Golden! - A fun way to experience the different restaurants Golden has to offer! Pamela made sure to text us throughout the food tour just in case we needed anything, but it was a great experience with your party only. 5 different stops with unique puzzles to solve. I would definitely recommend!!

Fun mystery food tour! - We had a great time on this tour! We were looking for something different to do as a couple, and this was a great choice. It kept us engaged in the story & working together to solve the clues. The restaurants were great at knowing exactly what to do for us, and it was so nice that all details were taken care of-we just showed up, got our yummy food or drink, and left when we were done. We tried a dish we normally wouldn’t have ordered and saw spots in Golden we hadn’t been to before. I highly recommend this fun day date!!

LOVED IT! - The puzzles were fun and the food was delicious. We enjoyed walking through Golden. My husband’s knee isn’t great and he didn’t have any problems. You can do it at your own pace. I would highly recommend.

A fun and delicious way to explore Golden - This was so much fun! The story and puzzles were fun and not too challenging, and the food and drinks along the way were delicious and diverse. It's a great way to spend an afternoon exploring the town. Two thumbs up :)

Neat fun! - We liked the puzzles that led to local places/foods we probably wouldn’t have tried otherwise. The food was good. But seemed like snacking all day. Thought one would be more of an entree. But overall a great experience!

Eating my way thru Golden - This puzzle food tour was a perfect way to sample local Golden CO food & drinks. We found new places we will definitely visit again. The lost mine story and puzzles added a fun twist to our day.
