- If closed due to the weather a full refund will be made.
- Customers may reschedule their reservation one time up to 12 hours before the Glow Boat experience start time in the local timezone without an extra fee based on availability.

My very first time doing this, customer service was amazing. I recommend anybody doing this at night or even during the day. I’m definitely coming back with my family. I’m going to start informing everybody. I know when they come down to San Diego. Make sure they stop here thank you I appreciate everything. You guys are amazing.
