Amazing views - My wife and I visited in April so much of the park wasn’t open. However , the gondola ride to the top was beautiful and the view of Glenwood Springs was wonderful. It had snowed over night which added to the experience. We did the Kings Row cave tour which was very informative and the guide was very knowledgeable. A lot of steps involved and confined quarters so probably not for everyone. A special thank you to Sara G. Had issues with our online ticket purchase and she worked very hard to get it all straightened out. Overall a wonderful experience.

Not worth it. - Not worth the money. They cave's tour is just disapointing. In winter most of the raids are closed, just the Crystal fall and one roller coastet. The tour caves have nothing special, specially de King tour with a very small cave. And not a lot of variety of food.

The worst ever! - The worst experience ever! They botched up my granddaughter’s birthday celebration. I paid my money, received my confirmation email, just to discover that I had NO reservations! Terrible people!

Refund policy not honored - I rate my experience a 1 because we arrived at the park on july 28th at around 4:30 and it shut down at 5:03 due to weather and the park closes at 7pm. They opened up again at around 6:10 PM, but refused to refund our tickets despite offering to do so on the website. This is really terrible service, I’m never coming back
