Incredible! - They opened early for us and gave us a great personalized experience. So much fun, care and humor, I would say this is a must do with this company!!

Treat yourself, raft with West Virginia Adventures - We had the BEST time on the New River. Our guides were excellent, Stephen, Keagan, and Mason navigated the rapids with great skill and knew exactly what to do and when to do it. There were 9 in our group and all of us had a great time. We enjoyed our rest with a picnic on the beach and a skipping rock competition. It was a great adventure. I highly recommend it.

Thrills and no spills! - What an amazing rafting experience for our family! Steve was an excellent guide and an all-around great guy! He made us comfortable on the rapids from the start and told us so much history about the area along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better day on the water. We'll be back for more but will probably raise the bar and try a more challenging run. I highly recommend this trip for families.

Great experience! - We had a great time on our 3 hour afternoon rafting trip. The weather was beautiful and our guides were awesome (Patrick and Tristan). We navigated a class 4 rapid that shook up my 11 year old, and our guides stopped to make sure he was okay and gave him some personal attention and encouragement before we continued, which was really thoughtful.

This is a must when in WV - We did the lower which is a bit more exciting than the upper, but there was another group of newbies who thought they signed up for the upper and was not sure they were going to make it but they all did. Their guide (Ben) kept them all in the boat. Our guide (Croc- I think for Crocodile Dundee) has over 45 years as a guide and was masterful with getting the most out of the rapids and some soft older folks. He is a friggin comedian telling jokes and stories the whole time. He should do standup. Everything was on time and orderly. Great experience.

Highly Recommend - Absolutely the best place to go white water rafting in the area! We had an amazing time!! We all had complete confidence in our guide. He led us through with both humor and expertise. All of the staff were kind, helpful, and knowledgable. We loved everything about the experience. (And the new showers at the end at an added bonus!! Very nice!) Very highly recommend! We are planning our next trip back :)

Enjoyed a wonderful time - Had great fun whitewater rafting on the New River. Our guide Tristan was very friendly and kept us calm during the experience. His knowledge of the river and the rapids were extremely reassuring. We had multiple rounds of safety instructions before we started rafting and we had 3 professionals accompanying us into the river. Overall, it was super fun and I would highly recommend West Virginia Adventures to anyone looking to go whitewater rafting.

Great people, great experience! - My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. We stayed in one of the on site cabins for two nights. The cabin was extremely clean, comfortable, and stocked with quality amenities. We had never been rafting before, but the experience with the West Virginia Adventures crew will certainly bring us back! Everyone was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking forward to a great rafting experience!

Don’t miss this experience! - Such a fun, exhilarating experience! Hahn and Alex, our guides, were engaging and entraining , while maintaining the professionalism confidence required to keep me feeling safe. The scenery was breathtaking. Don’t miss this experience! Take a change of clothes for the bus ride back, if it’s a cooler day/month. You’re going to get wet! Also, this is *not* a spectators sport. It was a bit of a workout! (we chose intermediate) Loved it and plan to try it again in the spring/early summer!!
