Your guided tour starts at the Tennent’s Story heritage centre where you’ll be taken on an immersive journey through the history of Scotland’s oldest brewery. Artefacts gathered from the first days of brewing at Wellpark in 1556 through to today will reveal the origins, production and provenance of the famous beer. Then discover how Tennent’s became part of Scottish culture and marvel at moments from our iconic advertising campaigns, T in the Park festival and more.

No brewery tour would be complete without a pint of the good stuff! After you’ve discovered the craft behind our legendary brew, you’ll be taken to our tasting experience for a free pint of brewery fresh Tennent’s Tank Beer pored straight from our copper tanks.

Great day out - Was a great experience and the tour guide Nicole was very accommodating and kept us entertained. Would love to go again!

Tennents tour - This is a working brewery so don't expect everything to be up and running when you visit. We went on a Sunday lunchtime and they were on a cool down So pretty much nothing was running Despite this it was still an enjoyable tour. From a history of Tennents through to the pouring of a crisp pint at the end our guide never stopped with insights and stories. Callum was full of knowledge and jokes. Credit to the company You start in the museum then head upstairs to meet. Issued with hi viz vest and either free hair net or a baseball cap which costs £5. Lockers are available to stow personal belongings. Led outside through the factory. Seeing the process of brewing leading to the bottling part. All the while learning of the history of Tennents The tour ends with a pint of perfection. If you love beer then do the tour. Beware that there are a few flights of stairs involved and outside too.

Amazing Experience - One of the most entertaining and engaging tours I've ever been on, Callum our tour guide was funny, informative and kind, providing us with facts as well as laughs and an amazing range of knowledge. At the end, our bartender, who I think was named Liz was engaging and kind, pouring amazing pints as well as offering great service. I advise everyone and anyone to parttake in this tour as me and my boyfriend could not have had a better day out.

Harvey is a great guide! - Great brewery tour. Harvey our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and the beer was great. You can’t beat a fresh pint of Tennents. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend - Excellent! Callum gave us really informative and entertaining tour. Who knew there was so much history associated with the Tennents brand and brewing. The pint and social in the bar afterwards was a great ending.

Fun and interesting tour - Interesting and engaging tour. Fenna gave a very fun tour, jam-packed with information about the history and brewing process. I enjoyed the gf lager and hubby enjoyed the flight.
