Your guided tour starts at the Tennent’s Story heritage centre where you’ll be taken on an immersive journey through the history of Scotland’s oldest brewery. Artefacts gathered from the first days of brewing at Wellpark in 1556 through to today will reveal the origins, production and provenance of the famous beer. Then discover how Tennent’s became part of Scottish culture and marvel at moments from our iconic advertising campaigns, T in the Park festival and more.
No brewery tour would be complete without a pint of the good stuff! After you’ve discovered the craft behind our legendary brew, you’ll be taken to our tasting experience for a free pint of brewery fresh Tennent’s Tank Beer pored straight from our copper tanks.

Freshest pint of Tennents after a great tour - I visited the brewery to see if it was worth including in a potential Glasgow-based Puzzle App Walking- Tour I'm building in a little "explore more" section.
It absolutely is! In fact it was so good I wish it could have built a puzzle around it (it's a paid tour so unfortunately can't). But I genuinely enjoyed it and will be highly recommending it to visitors to the city.
Big shout out to Nicole, our tour guide who spent a while chatting to us afterwards. Not only was she super approachable and informative, but she was incredibly knowledgeable about all different aspects of the brewery not mentioned in the tour.

Nicole the beer guru, she knows all, she knows best - I had no idea what to expect but this experience was so fun and I educational! Our guide Nicole was so funny and engaging, she really made the experience. She is very knowledgeable and makes everything so easy to understand. I was so interested the whole time! I have learned a lot and will forever value the experience because drinking tennents isn't the same, it is enriched!

Great tour - Thoroughly enjoyed our 1pm tour on 11th April to the Tennents Factory. The tour was made even more enjoyable by our our guide "Tony". He was very informative and clearly passionate about his job. He treated us so well and gave us lots of laughs too. He definitely helped make the experience most enjoyable 🍻

Fantastic Tennets Brewery Tour - Very nice tour, the guide told us in an engaging way how beer is made. At the end of the visit, they offered us a pint of Tennents which I honestly find very good and which among other things is much better than what we find in Italy, another category.

A wee gem. - The brewery is about a 20 minute, straight line, walk from Queen Street train station. An interesting experience and our guide Dan was very knowledgeable.
The tour lasted about an hour, during which time you get to see behind the scenes of the brewery.
Rounded it off with a pint in the bar. Gluten free option is available.

Perfect way to spend an afternoon in Glasgow. - Lovely tour round the brewery yesterday with Fenna, our knowledgeable and engaging guide. Fascinating history and great to see the ins and outs of the manufacturing process itself. Fantastic pint to top it off too!

Tennents tour is a must for visitors - We did the Tennents tour at Wellpark Brewery for my brother's birthday. It's an excellent experience - the tour is the right length and genuinely interesting and our guide (Nicole) did a great job. The pub at the end is also really good.
