Nice and informative guided tour - Informative and exciting guided tour of Hanna. Mixed information about the history around the harbor and distillery as well as whisky history in general! But also the opportunity to see the production. Well explained how the production works for someone who doesn't know much about whisky.

Average experience - I just wanted to offer some feedback on our experience today at the Whisky tour. Unfortunately, I found it disappointing. The experience all felt rather rushed, despite being a one hour session. This was particularly evident towards the end at the tastings. There was another tour taking place at the same time which meant it was difficult to hear our guide. We also sampled the whiskies in the same glass, without the option to rinse them out in between each tastings. This was very surprising as at every other tasting we have attended this would always be available to offer the best tasting experience of a single malt. Our guide Andy was lovely, however acknowledged himself that due to the limited time and another tour beginning things were rushed. If this is the case perhaps less tours should be booked to offer a better experience for your guests. Unfortunately, due to these points I would not be able to recommend your tours to others.
