Good way to see highlights of they city efficiently. - Our 8 year old wanted to ride a double decker bus and this was a fun option. We were only in Glasgow for a couple days, but this allowed us to see many major sites during that time period. The live commentary gave a lot of insight into various locations along the route.

Nice tour, very... - Nice tour, very informative, took about 90 minutes. Very easy to exchange Viator voucher right there at the bus. Can get on at any stop, don’t have to go to the beginning of the tour.

City tour - Excellent day out with our twin nephews and niece today on open-top tour of Glasgow kids had never been on had a great time went to Riverside museum and Kelvingrove Park/museum Glasgow Green..have to say WELL DONE to the driver of our bus who had to deal with a nasty passenger who accused him of being a racist because he was asked to turn off his phone as it was interfering with the commentary on the bus ..the driver told him to leave the bus and suffered a torrent of abuse from the man and his wife. The driver dealt with him in a professional manner despite the fact that he himself was under abuse. The driver was in no way being racist towards said passenger and he made apologies to all passengers who witnessed the incident when he had actually did nothing wrong apart from asked him to consider his fellow passengers...A++ and well done driver

Sit back & enjoy the ride 😉 - Buses were clean, comfortable, earbuds worked, the drivers & attendant were friendly & helpful. It's tourist season, crowded but we didn't wait more than 5 minutes for a bus. And if that bus was full, there were 2 more busses behind him. Well worth the time & money.

Appalling - We tried to flag down this ‘non hop on hop off ‘ bus twice today at designated bus stops and were ignored twice!! It was pouring with rains and the bus sped off. We did our own your in our car which turned out okay. Don’t waste your money on this crowd. Tried to call three times. No answer. Only people I have met in Glasgow, indeed Scotland who haven’t been amazing.
