A highlight of our location is the wallabies that descend from the mountain to graze peacefully on the grass and sometimes in the gardens. Additionally, wild birds such as kookaburras, curlews, and the occasional koala visit the resort. To spot koalas, the Forts walk is recommended, which is well-marked on the island, takes about an hour, and is free of charge.
