SIMPLY THE BEST TOUR GUIDE - Our Lady Guide was absolutely the best! Knowledgable, patiently answering all of my excited questions, passionate and on top of that a very sweet and kind person(along with her husband who we met breefly!) Willing to teach everything beyond tour as well😊 She was open to discuss everything related to the tour and history while also explaining the culture to someone who spend childhood dreaming about Ancient Egypt. She also didnt mind explaining culture, language and customs of the people nowadays (we went during Ramadan). She was kind enough that she didnt mind answering a few personal questions as well. I am impressed with her knowledge and the trip was absolutely amazing! She seemed to be happy of how curious and excited I was😊 (while not forgetting to explain what we are talking about to my husband😂). They treated us like queens 👸 - Talk about EXCEPTIONAL!!! Farouk has been so fantastic at helping us with many things whilst we’ve been in Cairo. He and his team have looked after us like Queens! Reliable service, good communication, knowledgable guides - Farouk provides an excellent guiding service. He guided our study tour group himself, and also provided a guide for a tour for two of us to the al Qarafa/City of the Dead, followed by an airport transfer. Guides were knowledgeable, driver was safe and helpful, and everything ran to time so we got to the airport without any problems. Communication was excellent, and being able to pay by bank transfer was much appreciated.

A true expert guide - We spent a day in Cairo under the expert guidance of King Farouk, starting from the archaeological site of Giza and then moving on to the Al-Qarafa neighborhood and ending with the Coptic neighborhood. Farouk is an exceptional, experienced, friendly and pleasant guide. He knows how to make you appreciate Cairo, Egypt and its history. He speaks English in a correct and very understandable way. The best way to see Egypt with King himself - We wanted a worry-free, planning free vacation in Egypt. King Farouk delivered on it with excellent performance. We just gave him a list of what we wanted to see and level of comfort expected. He took those requirements and came up with an excellent plan and everything was addressed. His team receives you at immigration. After collecting your luggage you are handed over to Farouk himself waiting outside the airport. He will be in round the clock contact for your entire stay, until he sees you off at the airport for return journey. Ours was an extensive trip involving Planes, Cars, Camels,cruise ship & boats. He arranged a trip covering Alexandria, Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and the visit to Nubian village during our cruise part of the segment. We had a dedicated guide and driver throughout the trip. All our dietary needs were addressed. To top it off Farouk took us to local specialty eateries in Cairo which we would never have discovered and missed out on rich Egyptian cuisine. He was able to show the rich history of Egypt from the famous sites to not so famous sites. He covered from the Pharaonic era to the last royals era. We were there from Nov 17-27; 2023. Initially we were worried about the geopolitical situation, but he kept us abreast of the situation and made sure our concerns were addressed by responding immediately to any queries while we were in US. Egypt was safe, and we never felt at risk. The hotel on the river Nile was excellent. Thank you Farouk, Fatma and entire team for making the Egypt trip very memorable. We whole heartedly recommend Farouk & his team for planning and executing a great Egypt itinerary. Looking forward to planning a Jordan trip with him next.
