Fun, informative, spectacular views, caring staff - We got private transfer option and we had a very safe driver hassaan who was incredibly punctual and caring he got us stocked up on water and breakfast and drinks and checked in with us constantly to tell us what is happening at each point. Then we got to meet the tour guide who showed us around the egyptian museum. He Read hieroglyphics on each different ancient artifact and was incredibly informative he also bought us ice cream. We visited the pyramids of Giza where he took lots of cool photos for us. And the great sphinx. Amazing trip would recommend the nicest people ever

A trip worthwhile for many reasons - This is a long day but oh my goodness, so very worth it. The Museum was mind-blowing, lunch was nice and if course the Pyramids! I can't describe how emotional I was. Magnificent! Hotel pick up and drop off was spot on time. Fantastic, friendly drivers and a great guide whilst in Cairo. Sensational!

Pyramids of Giza & Bedouin village (stargazing) from Hurgharda - I travelled with my mum with this company and I don't regret. The crews were nice and polite to us, we saw everything what we should according agenda. I bought both trips through egyptra local page. Pyramid trip - we went by small Van but it was modern, space in van maybe for 10 people, we were just 5 travelers - it was possible to sleep in van(bring with you small pillow as recommended). It was lots of hours in the van but travel agency cant make the route shorter. Little bit of communication/language barrier but google translator helped us and when driver understood what we want he was willing to fulfill our wishes without problems. Listen to your guide - when he will tell you go see the Sphinx do that, markets near the Sphinx can wait. The space to see/near the Sphinx is limited so you can wait a little to get a good angle for photos or for view. Perfume factory - it was one of the stops, I red reviews that they force you to buy perfumes - it was not our experience, when we said no, we will not buy anything, no one forced us to buy. Nile cruise and Best view of pyramids (via cart or camel) - are addons we bought them during the trip. Small advice - if you will take camel to this view, camel cant lie on the view spot (too rocky terrain for that). If you want pictures on your feet just take a cart. Bedouin village - interesting trip to see stars and moon (almost) without light smog. Also explained how villages like this work and a little of camel ride. Photographer was with crew, will do photos through the trip and you can choose if you will buy photos from him or not.

Good trip! - I strongly advise you to choose this trip! It all started well, the trip was long, but it ran calmly, without delays and the driving was much better than I had with another company to Luxor. Our guide Mokhter was super comprehensive, I had scheduled a photo session in the pyramids and he helped meet with the photographer! In the morning we started by the old museum, then we went to the Nile cruise (I ended up doing 2 in 2 different days), and then we went to lunch. I have to be honest, I ate as little as possible because I am not a big fan of the food here and also because I was afraid of catching some bacteria.. Then we went to the pyramids, I had a photo session and then I joined the group to go to the oil manufacturing and also to a place where they show us how to make the paper. Of course at these stops they try to get us to buy something, but I said no and they didn't insist. Overall I found the trip super good, no doubt if you are looking for a whole day to Cairo from Hurghada, you can trust this agency! Thank you :)

Ossama was a brilliant tour guide! - We went to a number of places in Cairo, including the pyramids with Ossama - he was a brilliant tour guide. I loved the perfume and oils place we visited and I truly felt immersed in Egyptian culture. We had the best day, and met so many lovely people. Ossama is so knowledgeable and it was an amazing experience I’d - recommend to everyone!

The good, the bad and the ugly - The good, the bad and the ugly. Small bus collected us. driver falling asleep at the wheel, then watching TV whilst driving at plus 70 mph (to and from Cairo). Cairo amazing! Would recommend. Rest of the trip the reps were taking us from shop to shop trying to sell us tat.

Conpletely unprofessional, unsafe, not as described - Just horrible experience, the transfer we agreed did not happen. Driver was 30minutes late at 01:50LT with no info of being late. After contacting our agent he reassured us driver is almost here or in 2 minutes he will be etc. Driver didn’t speak a word of english and we could’t tell if he was working for agency or not. Whole thing was shady and unsafe and considering these things we didn’t travel to Cairo. Avoid Egyptra at all costs.

Tour not as described — unsafe conditions - The agreed transfer by minivan from our hotel in Hurghada at 1:20 a.m. was not provided. The driver did not show up at the scheduled time, and only after contacting the agent we were told he was “delayed”. After waiting 30 minutes, a man arrived in a private car (not a minivan), without any identification or proof of representing the agency, and unable to communicate in English. For safety reasons, we declined to travel in those conditions. Would not recommend.
