Highlights
  • Cadaques - This village seem to have stopped on the time, keeping the mediterranean esthetic of traditional white houses with some colourfull splashing provided by the characteristic Catalan Art Noveau buildings as the Blue House or Serinyana’s House, the Colom Castle, The Pont House or The Rahola’s House.

If you travel on a Monday morning, you can enjoy the picturesque atmosphere of the weekly market. This activity takes place in a square full of different gastronomic options. You can find different restaurants or bars specialising in: tapas, fish and seafood from our land, paellas… together with a magnificent selection of wines with certificate of origin or high level cocktails.

Don’t miss the beautifull church of Santa Maria de Cadaqués, that was builded between the XVI and the XVII centuries and has a baroque altarpiece of 76 feet hight dedicated to the Hope Madonna, it is covered by gold leaf almost in it’s totallity.

Don’t forget to leave time to get lost in any flowery alley!

Additional Information

We sail along the coast of the Cap de Creus Nature Park, passing by Cala Jóncols, Cap Norfeu, seeing the rock named ‘the Cat,’ and if weather permits we enter the Tamariu cave. Then we pass by the small coves of the Nature Park to reach the point of the Cap de Creus, a rugged, rocky headland rising to 672 m above the Mediterranean Sea, forming a small, hilly peninsula carved by countless chasms that form small coves oriented according to the structure of the masses of slate. Returning, we enter the bay of Port Lligat, where we can view the Salvador Dalí House-Museum from the boat, and then we reach Cadaqués, where we make a 90-minute stop to explore this supremely picturesque fishing town.

Everything is great! Don't forget to try Joia's ice creams - The boat staff was very attentive and friendly. The views of the coast from the sea are incredible. A little disappointing when they tell you that you are going to see Dalí's house in Port Lligat with its chimneys and you only intuit it, since the boat is very far away, perhaps because it is August and it is full of little boats. It does get you closer to a cave, so it's worth standing at the low front. The stop in Cadaqués was great! Be sure to try Joia's original ice creams, about 10 minutes walk along the seafront. The one with dates with orange blossom, or the one with ginger, or olive oil,...spectacular. And just before setting sail you can buy the typical "taps of Cadaqués" at the pastry shop in front where the boat stops.

Spectacular views - Beautiful walk, incredible views and a walk through the incredible Cadaqués that in the end was short but very well spent. The boat is clean, with good capacity and with a very correct crew. Recommendable.

Great for adult and kids! - We did the shorter 2h version. Great for kids! Lovely journey to cap de creus with explanations along the cost line. We stopped to have a look at the fishes and another time to observe a cave. Very friendly helpful staff and overall great experience 👍

Beautiful sea excursion - We took a group excursion to Cadaques for the day. We enjoyed walking along the coast very close to the caves and rocks. The staff are friendly and welcoming and we benefited from a favorable group price. It's a great memory

A very pleasant walk, spectacular views and time to see the streets and church in Cadaques - Everything was very good except that they said there was air conditioning downstairs and it wasn't. The temperature of those days was deadly. But the boat ride is very pleasant. Fantastic views and they leave you an hour and a half in Cadaques, which gave us time to walk around, see the church inside and have a drink in a bar.

A little expensive - We really stop at the peak of Cap de Creus and we do not sail to the other side. It's a shame not to push a little more. Otherwise it's always nice to discover the coast seen from the sea, but I really recommend Cap de Creus on foot with swimming in the coves.

Nice boat, nothing special - Looking underwater was really fun, other than that it doesn't mean much from a few beautiful pictures. Expected more for the money

Be careful there will only be 5 to 10 minutes of aquarium time - I took the boat with my children to enjoy the experience on an aquarium boat unfortunately I was disappointed, In 2:30 we saw that 5 min in the aquarium Not off the sea but 5 meters from the coast
