Worth the hasssle - It was a but difficult to get ahold of the tour company (Blands Transportation) to confirm the departure time and the meetings point is in a parking garage in the city center. The tour itself was really fun. Clive, our driver, was very informative and funny. Great views, good info and St Michael’s Cave was beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves. It was worth the hassle of finding the meeting time/location.

DONT BOOK FROM THIS DEPARTURE POINT!!!!! - DO NOT BOOK THIS EXCURSION unless you are familiar with Gibraltar, as finding the starting point which according to Viator is a 15 minute walk from the port, (we arrived on a cruise ship), was actually 40 minutes, and finding the MidTown Coach Station was a nightmare. When it was found, we were told by Blands Travel (the tour operator) that we were not on their list and to stand aside, during which 2 buses were filled, and when they found availability we were treated as if they were going to allow us to travel at their discretion!!!!!! The trip itself was good, the driver was very informative, but its not for people with any kind of walking disabilities as you are up and down stairs on the Rock and in the Caves. BETTER BOOKING A DEPARTURE FROM THE SHIP AS YOU WOULD NOT HAVE TO PUT UP WITH ALL THE HASSLE OF FINDING THIS DEPARTURE POINT!

Worst company who lies, absolutely not recommended! - Worst company ever! Don’t get fooled by them! They promised and offered pickup service but then cancelled, end up that we had to pay €200 more. And no chance to cancel or helping out! We don’t recommend this company!!

I no-show - I would love to be able to review this trip, but unfortunately due to bad information, we missed it. We were told to go somewhere to meet the bus which was the wrong area and we did not and we’re not able to join the tour. We are very disappointed, and we hope that we will be compensated.
