Ghent history with a small chocolate refresher in the middle - We had an excellent and well prepared walk and talk through old Ghent with Wim, an historian and teacher. If you really want to spend two hours eating chocolate this isn't for you, but if you want to get s grip of how and why Ghent is as it is, then book up!

Great introduction to Ghent - Wim is a teacher in his day job and is very knowledgeable about the history of Ghent. He points out architectural features of buildings that we would not have seen by ourselves, as well as the local history of Ghent. Wim brought to life our visit to Ghent. Highly recommended!
