• Onderbergen 4A - This engaging workshop invites participants to explore the art of Belgian chocolate making. Led by a skilled chocolatier, attendees will have the opportunity to create their own Belgian pralines from scratch. While crafting these delightful chocolates, participants can also indulge in a tasting session featuring genuine Belgian beers. Whether a beginner or a chocolate aficionado, everyone will depart with new skills, delicious treats to take home, and cherished memories from their visit to Ghent.

• Children (<16 years) should be accompanied by an adult on a 1:1 basis.
• We only serve alcoholic drinks for participants of 18 years old and above. Minor participants below 18 years old will be served non-alcoholic drinks.
• The workshop is in English as people from all over the world participate. Our hosts can translate some parts if necessary.
• Each chocolate station, also known as a chocolatière, is shared by two participants.
• We use dark chocolate for crafting the praline shells. Milk chocolate is used for the ganache filling.
• Age requirement: This workshop is for participants aged 12 and older.
