Then we continue the tasting in our tea room area around a “gourmet wine”: several glasses in agreement with sweet and savory delicacies: cheese, charcuterie, macaroons, gingerbread, fresh fruit and chocolate and fruit coulis.

We kick off the tasting experience in the wine cellar. Next, we screen a short informative video about the production of Alsace wines, which is kid-friendly. We then tour the wine cellar, admire its century-old wooden barrels, and learn about our heritage through a visually captivating 180° video displayed on the barrels, a one-of-its-kind in France.
The sampling continues in our tea room setting while enjoying a ‘wine with a twist’. This includes sampling various wines paired with a variety of sweet and savory treats: cheese, cured meats, macarons, gingerbread, fresh fruits, and a blend of chocolate and fruit coulis.
