Highlights
  • 156 Rte de Strasbourg - You dream of discovering Alsace through its cellars. Maison ZEYSSOLFF is one of the rare cellars in Alsace to still vinify in century-old oak casks of more than 10,000L. His great curiosity is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, made in 1897 for the Universal Exhibition in Paris (1900). By appointment, Maison ZEYSSOLFF offers you a complete guided tour of its premises, from the making of the wine, from the cellar to the bottle. A commented tasting of the estate’s wines accompanied by a part of kougelhopf (Alsatian brioche) will awaken your taste buds …

NEW 2020! opening of a scenographic space with immersive 180 ° video projected on barrels.
This year, following the organic conversion of our estate, we are renovating our cellar and taking advantage of this new setting to offer our future visitors a new activity.
This film is not a remake of what we can find so far in the story of the work of the vineyard. But a film about our rather rich personal history, and our working philosophy. All of this is projected in the cellar, on hundred-year-old oak barrels at 180 °, allowing the public to be completely immersed in our history.

What's Included
  • Snacks
  • Wine tasting of the House
Meal Options
  • Part of Kougelhopf (Alsatian brioche)
Additional Information

Ensure the language for your scheduled tour is correct. Some tours are conducted in French while others are in English. Verify you have chosen the right language.

Maison ZEYSSOLFF is among the few wine cellars in Alsace where you can find approximately twenty century-old oak barrels, each having a capacity of 10,000L, and are still actively involved in the wine-making process. A remarkable piece of their collection is the ZEYSSOLFF barrel, constructed in 1897 for the Paris Universal Exhibition in 1900, which is still in use to this day.

The one-of-a-kind immersive experience featuring thunderbolt projections and an auditory engagement is unmatched in France.

Children are welcome on the tour as it is designed to be engaging and informative for all ages.

Our vineyard uses organic farming practices.

We are the recipients of the Alsace Tourism Trophy 2021 and Atout France Wine Tourism Trophy 2022.

Great Winery Tasting & Tour - What a great family owned winery. Our wine "guide" was great, she had a good sense of humor too. The wines were great, the cellar tour was amazing. Not only do you get to sample wonderful wines, the video of the history of the winery was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our the entire experience, and would definitely go back !!!

Recommended visit!! - The view was very interesting, we did the tour in English as we both don't know French. The guide explained to us in great detail many aspects of their production with very fluent and fluent English. We concluded the visit with the purchase of bottles of their production, sold at very honest prices. Very recommended!!

Highly recommend engaging tour & tasting - Great wine tour and tasting for the seasoned wine lover and novice alike. I visited with my family - including a toddler and my mother who only drinks wine at church and on holidays - and we all really liked it. I visited several other vineyards and wineries across the US and Germany and never experienced such a comprehensive and engaging explanation from the soil to the grape to the bottle and history of the house (wine maker). Sizable tasting portions and all purposefully selected to supplement that portion of the tour. Just a short trip outside of Strasbourg- highly recommend!

A beautiful unexpected discovery - It was by chance that we arrived at Le sin vigneron and chance did things well. A great discovery, enriched by lovely video explanations on the history of the estate and the family, and excellent wines tasted. To do again!

Nice guy our guide... - Nice guy our guide Arthur. Whole tour was a bit short. And almost half of it was about the place's history. I would like more about the actual winery part. It is more exciting if you are new to the wine world but a little boring to those who have a greater level already. At any case it is a positive experience
