2. Our customer service team will contact you three days before your trip, allowing you to decide on the pick-up time.

3. The driver will reach out via WhatsApp or SMS one day prior to the trip to confirm the pick-up location and timing.

4. During the journey, you can request up to two meal breaks and as many refreshment breaks as needed. We will stop at the KLCC Petronas Twin Towers for up to one hour to stretch and capture stunning photos of this iconic skyscraper landmark.

5. Our driver will prepare the embarkation card (white card) for you to complete before entering Singapore.
