Best tour guides - fantastic tour!! - The trip was very informative about the islands history! Our Driver with Caytours was so patience, knowledgeable and kind! Trisha was an awesome guide through Pedro’s Castle - she made you feel in the moment 100 of years ago! Kudos go out to both! We had a lovely Mothers Day ❤️ Thank you for a wonderful day in the Cay! Memorable Experience - You get your money's worth on this tour of the West Bay Grand Cayman. After a bit of a misunderstanding, our driver, Mr. Howard, picked us up at our hotel in Bodden Town. He was great: witty, knowledgeable and took the time to make sure that we enjoyed all of the sites on the tour stops, including Pedro St. James, National Museum, Turtle Center, Hell and the Tortuga Store. We stopped for lunch at the Macubaca Restaurant which was right on the water - driver’s recommendation. The tour lasted 5 1/2 hours but I found myself wanting more. I wished we were able to take in the entire island with this tour company. Highly recommended

Good trip - Five of us enjoyed a nice day on Grand Cayman. Our guide was local and gave us insights on his island. Unfortunately we did not see all the locations listed on the tour because some were closed. That was disappointing but overall it was a good trip.

Interesting tour but disappointed in our driver/guide - We thought the places that we went were very interesting, however, we were disappointed in our guide. He just picked us up, didn't say much, and dropped us off at each place, not really telling us anything about where we were going. He just said to go in, and he would wait for us outside. Once inside, the guides were very friendly and knowledgeable, but our driver was not. At the end, he asked if we wanted to stop for lunch. He found a nice restaurant for us, and said to text him when we were finished eating. After eating, I texted him, and we waited outside. After waiting over 30 minutes, he finally showed up, and didn't say a word to us, just dropped us back off at our hotel.

Not even worth $50 - We expected an island tour. We spent over $190 for two of us. No tour bus. We could not understand the tour guide (he was very polite and friendly). We spent a good amount of time doing nothing. What a waste of money!

TERRIBLE waste of a day on a beautiful island! - Terrible experience and waste of money. We waited nearly an hour past the designated start time for the tour driver to get there. The man who we found sitting on a wall outside the gates said she was stuck in traffic. Later the driver had a different story about taking another group to catch up with their tour. Once in the minivan I asked her to tell us a little bit about the island. Her: I don’t know what you want to know, you have to ask questions. You will find out at the museum. Her: Do you know what are you supposed to see? Her: We are are supposed to stop for lunch. You’re on your own, of course. There is a Wendy’s. Would you like to stop there? (That’s sure a cultural experience, right?) We stopped at Pedro St. James. This was worthwhile except the tour had already started so we were put in with that group and missed the beginning and entered partway through a film. Afterwards we negotiated a few stairs (he uses a walker) and found ourselves in a lovely area with a walkway to the restored home. The woman running the tour came running out to tell us our tour guide said we were in a hurry and we wouldn’t be staying for this part of the tour. We stayed. She drove us past some government buildings then took us to the Museum (walking distance from the ship). It was up a flight of stairs but it didn’t matter. It was CLOSED. I told her to take us back to the ship. And voiced my frustration because of the short time (about 1 hour 15 minutes). So instead of returning to the ship she drove us around. She pulled into the driveway of the Governors mansion and was chased off by the guard. She drove into the parking lot at Hell, but it was closed. We spotted a rum distillery so we asked to stop. It turned out to be a store. We used the bathroom and she ate. Then we went back to the ship. When we reserved this tour we asked Viator to check to assure it was an accessible tour with a walker. They confirmed it was. Neither the closed museum or the tour at Pedro St. James are accessible to those with mobility issues. It was Boxing Day- a holiday on the Island and much was closed. Knowingly selling a tour on that day was truly dishonest of this tour company. I would love to get my money back.
