- Cayman Spirits Co. Distillery - This tour ticket grants you access to the Cayman Spirits Distillery, the Cayman Islands #1 rated attraction. It does not include transportation or pick up. Simply present this ticket on arrival for your stated tour time for entry. The distillery tour includes a guided walk through of a functioning distillery and an informative talk about the process of making rum, from fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling. On any given day different parts of the process may be observable as this is a working distillery. In addition, the pass includes a full tasting of spirits produced on site, including Seven Fathoms Rum, the national rum of the Cayman Islands and the official rum of Cayman Airways. There are also coconut, banana, spiced, dark and more varieties to try in the Governor’s Reserve line of spirits. Distillers specials include limited availability seasonal releases, like the scotch bonnet rum, local botanical gins and more. A wide selection of locally produced items are available for sale in the distillery gift shop, including locally made pepper jelly’s and jams, rum cakes, hot sauces, t shirts and hats and the distilleries famous rum infused BBQ sauce. Please note this tour does not include transport, present ticket at distillery for entry.

Cayman Spirits Co Tour - The Cayman Spirits tour was a ton of fun. Athena our guide was energetic, engaging, and very funny!! The rum was delicious, highly recommend the banana flavored and dark rum. Well worth the price of admission.

This was a lot of fun! - Our tour guide was excellent! He had a great sense of humor and explained about the history and the rum distillery process. We were able to taste several rums and other liquors that they make there.

7 Fathoms Rum and more.... - Highly recommend this tasting and tour. Our guide was so funny and personable. Tasting were amazing and we learned a lot about the process. There are also lots of things to buy besides rum. Don't miss out on this fun time in Georgetown!!

RIP OFF RUM TOUR - Was advertised as a 1hour informative tour it's lasted 23 mins the girl giving the talk seemed to have had a few drinks before she started the whole talk told us nothing about how the came to mature it under the sea all she did tell us about 2 rums each time how great she thinks it is then gave us a choice of only one each time and it was less than a teaspoon in the glass it was just a joke show and how quick she could do it. Then the walk in the distillery where you stepping over pipes boxes etc not health and safety then she just said what it's called no interesting information plus not giving us time to ask questions and was told she was the speaker not you.
I am so angry with this fake tour I will in form all my colleagues on island to stay away
