2. Our customer service team will contact you 3 days before the trip to confirm your pick-up time.

3. The driver will message you via WhatsApp or SMS one day before the trip to coordinate and confirm the pick-up location and time. You can also share your preferences for the city tour.

4. You can leave your luggage in the vehicle while you explore Malacca, including Jonker Street, St. Paul Hills, Christchurch, Red Square, Malacca Strait Mosque, and the Malacca River Cruise.

5. Our driver will provide you with the embarkation card (white card) to fill out before entering Singapore.

6. You may request refreshment breaks or meal stops during the trip.

7. The journey from Genting Highlands to Malacca takes approximately 3.5 to 4 hours, and from Malacca to Johor Bahru immigration takes another 2.5 to 3 hours before heading to Singapore.

8. At the immigration checkpoint, you will need to disembark with your luggage as the driver will use the bus lane to enter Singapore. You may need to surrender your white card to the officer at the counter, and the driver will guide you through the process.

9. The driver will drop you off at your destination in Singapore. This is a door-to-door transfer service.
