Awful give it a miss - This was the absolute worst experience and nearly ruined the whole day for us. I bought the tickets from the main office and they didn't not tell me that there was a limited service, the points where the three routes meet are no longer in service, so you have to walk between them, which is fine for me but I was travelling with my elderly mum and aunt, and there was a poor guy on crutches on our tour too. The whole tour bus was confused when the stops were not happening, we were told there is a bus every 45 minutes, so I planned two stops for us, and then then two link stops for the our routes. We'll that didn't happen, the bus driver sat outside the UN and said it was a five minute picture stop and noone would be around again for two hours. We then didn't stop at the botanical Gardens for the mini train around them, or to the drop off point for the old town train, The driver was incredibly rude and stated she didn't speak English, and told people complaining to go away, but then also didn't open the doors. When we went to complain they wouldn't let us in, there were 15 people on that bus all very unhappy, all wanting to complain. They sent a guy out who lied to us telling us no management were around and he doesn't know when in the week they would be back. He then very patronising asked if we saw the sites, we said we drove past but the stops were non existant. Incredibly rude and patronising sad excuse for a customer service. He then tried to say if we had bought our tickets at this office we would have been told that it was a limited service, I told him that we had like multiple others had and did not recieve this information and were actually upsold and encouraged to buy all three tours. So this was an epic waste of 96pounds!!! I would stick to exploring using the fantastic public bus service which your hotel will provide you a free tourist pass for, and walk around the old town if you are able as everything is within walking distance. Even the speakers on the small train were damaged so the commentary wasn't working. Honestly worst experience of the hop on hop off ever, and I have been using them for years. Rude rude rude!!
