Chillon Castle - We took the train from Geneva to see the Chillon Castle. We messed up and went past Montreaux where you need to get off to connect for the Chillon Castle stop. What a mess. We ended up on the mountains, just a few stops away from Montreux. There was no one at the station to help us. We finally caught another train back but we had to wait a long time. Chillon Castle was great. It's a big castle and well preserved. I wish we had more time. Lots of exhibits to read. Really neat history.

It was a nice day tour with good guidance! - It was a nice small group with many sites to see and learn in one full day. We were well treated, guided, and informed.

May in French Switzerland - Visiting the Geneva region is pleasant for its landscapes; Hyper organized and well located hostels; free transport system in the Central Geneva region via public voucher. You will be welcomed whether you speak French or not, as the general staff speaks English; The central area is super rich in: history; Coffees ☕️; Pasta house; bakery; varied restaurants. The Charlie Chaplin world museum is a wonder just 1 hour by train from Geneva Central Train Station. I recommend wearing light clothes and good sneakers 👟, as May is a month with temperatures rising from 22 to 27°C. Enjoy

Montreaux-Chillon Tour Is Excellent - Myself and a friend wanted a quick trip from Geneva. This trip is perfect!! Back by 6pm and was very informative and stunningly beautiful!! Tour director Roger is absolutely excellent!!!!

Amazing, out of this world SWIS riviera experience!! - An absolutely amazing , I could say, top and out of this world SWIS riviera experience. I highly recommend this trip. I would do again this trip was spectacular !!! This will change your life. I was alone and this trip and I was the only one at that moment in time in the bus. It was a private tour for me with picnic 🧺 omg spectacular view and magnificent guide Normunds . Thank you so much to Normunds, My tour guide was just excellent and exceptional with all details and info perfect English . We had Picnic with wine 🍷 in Vevey Magical Place !

Fantastic day tour from Geneva - We loved this tour but then we were very lucky that it was only us, another couple and the driver/guide. So we could take our time and be quite flexible as to how long we spent at each place. Our driver/guide, David, provided excellent information, was really friendly and happy to answer our questions. We were also lucky with the weather as it was raining quite heavily in Geneva when we left, but an hour or two out of Geneva and it cleared to a beautiful day. Each of the places we visited were interesting and beautiful in different ways. Highly recommend!

Montreux is a Must Go! - This was such a great experience. I am so glad that Normunds was our tour guide that day. He was patient with our group even when we ran a few minutes late. It was a small group of people from all over the world that blended well. The Charlie Chaplin stop ended up being much better than I expected. The museum was pretty cool I wish I could have had a little more time to walk around that and less time around Castle Chilton. The boat ride to the Castle was gorgeous even though I had to fight bees. Normunds was really accomodating he walked us to see the Chaplin statue on the riverwalk. I regret that we didnt have enough time not letting my mom go to the Market she saw some Chow mein that was intriguing but by time we got back to the port the boat was coming, Chilton was nice but too much time for me there. You had to pay extra for the audio guide and after going to larger forts I passed on that and just ear hustled 😀. Normunds gave us snacks and wine that were tasty. He took us throughout wine country and had to battle the van door giving him problems. Again he kept his composure through this and kept us safe. He dropped us off in Montreux and we had time to walk around and get a late lunch. This trip was myself and my parents. I am an adult child which is not an option below.

Varied itinerary, picturesque locations, relaxed atmosphere. - Really enjoyed the whole day with an excellent & easy to get on with tour guide David who made sure everyone on the trip was kept informed of arrangements and were getting the best from every stop. So glad we went on the excursion.

Great full day! - Norman was awesome driver/guide. Chillon castle amazing. Loved Charlie Chaplin home. Views incredible. Take the cruise to the castle! Would have preferred more time at the castle and less time in Montreux. Great FULL day.

Montreaux Day Trip - The one disappointment was Viator selling the trip as a hotel pickup and drop off at the end of the tour, but they changed the terms and said we had to get to the tours office instead. This inconvenience cost us an additional $40 in taxi fares getting to and coming back from the tour. The tour itself was fantastic, Roger was the tour guide and he was very informative and funny in his presentation. Montreaux and the Chaplin museum were the highlights for my wife and I.
