Fantastic Intro to Scotch Whisky! - This intro to whisky tasting at was a highlight of my trip to Edinburgh. Our host was friendly and knowledgeable, making it easy to follow along and appreciate each unique whisky. We sampled a great range, learning about Scotland’s different whisky regions in a relaxed and welcoming setting. The host knew so much about whisky and any question they were happy to answer! It was very fun and after I looked around the shop then had dinner at whiski rooms that was delish! This tasting is the perfect tasting for beginners like myself. I loved it!

Great introduction to whisky tasting - staff were very knowledgeable - I recently attended the introductory whisky tasting and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was expertly crafted to give a true taste of Scotland’s heritage and passion for whisky. The host was incredibly knowledgeable, breaking down the nuances of each whisky we tasted in a way that was easy to understand, even for beginners. Each whisky was carefully selected, and we were guided through their origins, flavors, and the unique techniques behind each distillery. It was fascinating to learn how different regions produce such distinct flavors. The setting was cozy and authentic, adding to the charm of the experience. By the end of the session, I felt like I’d gained a new appreciation for whisky and a deeper connection to Scotland’s traditions. I also bought a bottle in their shop afterwards of my fave from the tasting. For anyone visiting Edinburgh or wanting to understand more about whisky, this tasting at Whiski Rooms is a must-do.
