Outstanding Experience with super friendly staff - An outstanding experience and highly recommended
The staff were super knowledgeable and very friendly
'Simmo' our guide talked to my kids on their level and really got them engaged in the activity
They loved every minute of the experience and didnt want to leave

Axe throwing - I'd never tried axe throwing before and was a little bit anxious but the instructor put me at ease instantly and explained everything really well.
I managed to get a few to stick into the target and came away very happy with myself, would definitely do it again.

Recommend! - We did the axe throwing and climbing here.
Absolutely great team and event.
Simmo took us thru the experience, professional, approachable and incredible welcoming, really enjoyed learning from his experiences.
The facilities are well kept for climbing and the bouldering room with lots of routes in various technical ability.

Axe throwing - What a fab fun time. Even though it was wet at times it didn’t spill it at all great coaching to. First time we have done this and was great fun

Another fantastic experience - A fantastic experience for a young student with SEND needs. Karl was so friendly and relaxed and the student confidently joined in. Karl took the time to speak with the student after the session and we have booked further activities with him. We have had this same experience with several other instructors and would highly recommend them if you are planning activities for young people with any SEND needs. So professional.

Axe-cellent Experience at Rock and Rapid! - We had a brilliant time at Rock and Rapid. Karl was a great host, fun, knowledgeable and made everyone feel confident. There was a great selection of axes to try different sizes and styles which kept things interesting and gave everyone a chance to find their perfect throw. The woodland setting added a wild adventurous edge that made the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommend if you're after something exciting and a bit different!

Great family fun - We arrived with our two daughter 10 & 12 and dog. We did axe throwing followed by the high ropes. The girls struggled a little bit with the axe throwing but had help and got advise from Carl the instructor. We then did the high ropes my youngest was nervous and got a bit upset and cascaded but the instructor whose name unfortunately I can’t remember (maybe Jaime?? It was the 1230-130 6th August) really helped her and she was really proud of herself for managing to get back up and complete some of the obstacles. All in all lots of fun and really friendly staff.
