The easiest most fun birthday party ever! - Simmo was brilliant with my Son and his friends. Great sense of humour and adventure- knows how interract and encourage, whilst keeping a calm and safe environment. A relaxed but fun taster session for a 16th birthday- would highly recommend!! All the boys would like to come back. Thank you so much!

Great taster climbing session - My daughter had a taster session today with Karl as the instructor. She absolutely loved it! He was brilliant with her. Very enthusiastic and clearly enjoyed his job!

Phenomenal visit! - We had another amazing time at rock and rapid! We had Toni as our guide and she was absolutely incredible with helping myself and the kids! We absolutely love it here! Thank you again!!

Excellent experience - We visited here on the way to Devon and my 13 year old son and 16 year old daughter had a brilliant experience, Carl the instructor was excellent, challenging and encouraging them to complete different sections of the course.
Really good value for money and we will definitely visit again if we are ever nearby.

Great indoor climbing session - Great indoor climbing experience. Two 15yr old boys spent part of the afternoon on the indoor climbing wall with excellent instruction. What’s not to like about getting them off the PlayStation and a brilliant value for money activity

Fantastic way to have fun with the family and a great instructor! - The Taster Climbing Session was a brilliant way to spend an hour with the kids. Karl, our instructor, made it fun for everyone, from a 7 year old the way up to the parents! We really enjoyed laughing at our mistakes and feeling proud once we made it up. It was also a good work-out for all involved. You don't need to be super fit - anyone can do it. We highly recommend this centre. Thank you, Karl!

Absolutely brilliant - thank you! - Absolutely amazing place for a birthday treat of archery and the climbing wall. They have a brilliant set-up with everything there. Karl the instructor was so helpful and encouraging with our girls and also kept it really fun. Couldn’t recommend more highly! Thank you so much! 👍🌞

Welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly - My family and I had a fantastic time on the Taster session. So much so, that I booked an Induction session with Karl - it’s been a couple of decades since I last climbed and wanted a refresher.
Karl was fantastic- professional, knowledgeable, reassuring and fun! I was quite nervous to begin with but Karl put me at ease. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rock and Rapid to anyone. I’m looking forward to returning with my family this week, confident that I can safely belay them myself. Thank you, Karl!

My thoughts - I went there with my uncle today for the taster session and we thoroughly enjoyed it, I already have a bit of experience with climbing but it was my uncle’s first experience with climbing and he did great with it, especially with help from our instructor Karl who was very helpful and down to earth, I would also recommend the high ropes for anyone looking for something more casual.

Great fun - I went with two boys of 11 and 8. It was great fun and the instructors were excellent: encouraging, kind and very clear to follow their instructions. This place has never disappointed me.
