Spanning over 3100 miles, the streams within the Smokies boast countless breathtaking stretches of white water. Embark on an adventure as you discover the untouched beauty of serene waterfalls and cascades along a less-frequented path. Our itinerary begins with a light hike along a more established trail, stopping for breaks at small cascading streams, before we steer towards a more secluded section of the Park. During the chilly winter months, we’ll capture stunning views of the nearby mountains. In spring, we’ll take a breather to admire the bloom of our renowned wildflowers, the summer season offers rejuvenating swimming destinations, and autumn paints the foliage in splendid colors. The hike is moderately challenging as it involves elevation gain, navigating fallen trees, and wading through water.

  • Must be in good physical condition, able to climb over downed trees, walk on uneven surfaces and climb in elevation
  • This tour requires a 2 person minimum to operate. If you are traveling solo, you may join into an existing tour or pay the 2 person rate.

Sam our guide was... - Sam our guide was excellent. Money well spent. Guide was knowledgeable about the area and provided lots of information that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. We wouldn’t have been able to find the trail on our own.

You won’t regret this!! - Luci was the absolute best!!!! The flowers and certain plants were already gone for the winter but that did not take away from our experience at all. She shared many interesting details and historical facts with us throughout the hike and we truly admire her passion for wildlife and nature. We look forward to coming back and embarking on another great adventure with her again!

Great experience! - This was our first hike ever and we loved every minute of it! Our guide, Lucy, was wonderful. She was a great leader, full of knowledge of the park and a great story teller! She took great care in knowing that some in our group were first timers. Would highly recommend!!

Great walking tour with Ms. Debbie - Ms. Debbie provided a wonderful trip! We learned SO much about the park, nature. She was fun to walk with on the trail. She answered questions and provided so many great stories. I huffed and puff a few times, but the trail was okay for me even though I've had two foot surgeries. Ms. Debbie was good at reading our expressions and stopped when we needed to catch our breath.

It is just a hike on an established trail.... - Our guide Lucy was nice. This review is not about Lucy. What we found disappointing is that this hike is nothing more than a walk on an established park trail. My family and I could have done this by ourselves without the expense. Past hikes we found on TripAdvisor were more "behind the scenes", taking us to places off the path and places we would not have found without our guide. This trip was not that. Nothing extraordinary.
