Everyone is mandated to wear face coverings while in close contact situations with others. You will also need to sign a risk acceptance form and notify us if you fall sick within a fortnight after the tour.(Refer to the provided driving directions, as GPS may not prove accurate) Experience a journey on two uniquely different trails merged into one. Start off on an ancient roadbed lining a stunning mountain river, surrounded by moss-laden rocks. Later, the trail turns narrow and steep at points, challenging yet truly rewarding. Indulge in a peaceful moment in front of awe-inspiring trees on your way to the highest and most enchanting waterfall in the Park. Difficulty: Strenuous. This tour is headed by a professionally-trained, proficient naturalist guide who is enthusiastic and well-informed about the Smoky Mountains. To ensure your safety and comfort, all our guides are certified Wilderness First Responders and are trained in bear-avoidance techniques that cause no harm to the animals.

  • This tour requires a 2 person minimum to operate. If you are traveling solo, you may join into an existing tour or pay the 2 person rate.

Magical time - What a wondrous day we spent with our guide as he shared his love of the woods, his knowledge and kindness. It was raining snd drizzling throughout the walk and that did not faze us or interrupt our journey and enjoyment as we were safely guided and cared for. Can’t wait to return.
