Everyone is mandated to wear face coverings while in close contact situations with others. Start off on an ancient roadbed lining a stunning mountain river, surrounded by moss-laden rocks. Later, the trail turns narrow and steep at points, challenging yet truly rewarding. Indulge in a peaceful moment in front of awe-inspiring trees on your way to the highest and most enchanting waterfall in the Park. Difficulty: Strenuous. This tour is headed by a professionally-trained, proficient naturalist guide who is enthusiastic and well-informed about the Smoky Mountains. To ensure your safety and comfort, all our guides are certified Wilderness First Responders and are trained in bear-avoidance techniques that cause no harm to the animals.
