Must do Smoky Mountain Experience - Such a great family experience! The ride attendant was super friendly to my kids who were nervous to ride. His wife that was working at the front register was also very friendly!

Friendly staff - It was fun. The staff was friendly. The ride isn’t scary and you are in control. The scenery is beautiful and we went down twice. My son really enjoyed trying to max out the speed. The men’s bathroom was clean.

Worth the reride - Super fun experience although the ride was short -we wanted more :-) The hand break allows you to control the speed so it was good for the littles too! Staff was super friendly and professional.

Amazing staff, new track and carts make this a must do - Just the nicest and most family friendly staff, August and Brianna were so nice and took the time to get to know my family since it was not busy. They were super welcoming from the moment we arrived and so fun. You can even challenge the manager to rock paper scissors for a free ride and my daughter won. We never felt like tourists, it was not super overpriced for photos and they even let my daughter wear our GoPro on a chest harness. The carts and track are all modernized over the previous establishment at this location. The track is smooth and it even automatically trims off a little speed if you go into a corner a little fast. Their video and photos were high quality but we never get those anywhere. We might go back and ride at night next time. It’s about 3 min up and just over 2 down if you keep it wide open. The equipment and the staff will bring us back next time we are in town.

Great experience - The coaster was awesome and the guy with the long beard was great. We rode it twice during the day and twice at night. We will go back again before we head back to Florida.

Fun time - Wanted to try a coaster wanted one close to the cabin so we could walk. Staff was friendly but Pete really stood out (other places we went in Gatlinburg should hire Pete as a staff trainer) coaster wasn’t busy and we joked with Pete that we’d probably go pretty slow. He asked if we were scared we said well don’t know for sure. He bumped the group behind us up and set us behind them. After they took off he gave the other group a head start, then sent my wife, he had a nice chat with me while he gave her a huge head start. That was nice and his estimate was perfect I caught her 80’ from the finish line. Good call and thanks Pete!

Fun, scenic, and just the right amount of thrill! - The views as you're riding down are really something, especially with the trees around—it feels like you’re weaving through nature. The coaster itself is super smooth and you get to control the speed, which is awesome if you want to go fast or take it a bit slower. It’s not too intense, so it’s perfect for pretty much anyone looking for some fun without it being too crazy.

A fun ride but much shorter than most - After riding a majority of the mountain coasters in the area, this one was our least favorite. The loading process is very slow and the actual track is short compared to the others. Parking was difficult as everyone is trying to squeeze into tiny spaces and the actual lot id very small. I would suggest this for the beginner mountain coaster rider or families with small children but for those of us that like to go as fast as possible from the top of the ride to the bottom, there are better choices.
