Book this tour! - Our guide Corian was super! So much knowledge about the wildlife in the park and the history of the area. She knew about so many plants and what they had been used for in the past. The hike itself wasn’t too strenuous.

So interesting! - Ms. Debbie was a wonderful guide and so knowledgeable! She truly loves her job and it comes through in all the things that were pointed out along our hike. The hike is 2 miles up and back, very doable for non-hikers. I highly recommend!

Very Accommodating - Even though we got lost finding the Visitor’s center, the staff and our tour guide were very accommodating to us, and we really appreciate it. Our tour guide even offered to give us a tour of the beginning part that we missed, which was very kind of her to do. She was very friendly, relatable, and easy to talk to. It was very nice, as hiking is new for our family, and we learned a lot that day. Our tour guide also encouraged us to explore and to consider trying one of the self-guided hikes, which we DID! It was WONDERFUL for our family!

Walking with Samantha - This was our second walk with Samantha...in fact, we requested her! She is very knowledgeable and very personable. Answered all of our questions and was just full of the history of the Walker Sisters cabin walk. I experienced some difficulties coming back out of the walk (the humidity and my age are not always a good combination!), but she was so patient, so kind and just kept talking and offering support. She's great!! I promised her that I'd acclimate better, get in better shape...and we will come back next year for our third hike!!
