It was fun our guide was so friendly and made us laugh and told us new things we didn’t know about Gatlinburg. I would definitely do it again.

Our ghost walk was really fun. Started in a cemetery and ended by the river. Lots of cool stories about ghosts in the area. Loved our guides too. Highly recommend.

Yes, we booked this on November 2nd. We waited last night from 8:35 until 9:15 and the tour guide never showed. No one was working to talk to we were never notified by the system or the tour guide. To say that this company is a stones throw away from a scam is an understatement. We had a party of 11 that wasted a tremendous amount of our vacation waiting, anticipating, and planning something that never was going to happen. Communication with this company is terrible. The customer service representative let us know that they didn’t want to be contacted further after 1 text with no cursing or harsh language. We simply wanted to talk with someone yet no one has contacted us other than the customer service representative. We need a refund no one is talking to us holiday or not if you are running a business you need to be able to talk with customers. We need our refund and more at this point as we have had vacation go sideways due to this.
