Our Yellowstone River office is conveniently situated in Gardiner at the North Entrance to Yellowstone National Park, just a short distance from Mammoth Hot Springs. Located on Main Street (Scott Street), our riverfront property is within walking distance of central Gardiner’s lodging and campgrounds. You can even catch a glimpse of some rapids from our backyard!

The Half Day Classic Raft adventure kicks off at the northern edge of Yellowstone National Park, precisely where the Gardiner River meets the powerful Yellowstone River. This excursion is perfect for families, offering Class 1-3 rapids (depending on water levels, please contact our office for current river conditions) and welcoming children as young as 6 years old!
Experience the thrill of Bridge Waves, Man Eater, Loonie’s and Boonie’s Revenge, Queen of the Waters, and the KING! Marvel at the stunning view of Devil’s Slide. Enjoy some calm water sections ideal for swimming and relaxation. This trip is ideal for novice rafters or family groups with diverse ages and skill levels. Covering 8 miles on the river, the journey offers approximately 1-1.5 hours of water excitement, depending on water levels (CFS), and takes about 2.5-3 hours from start to finish. This includes gearing up, gearing down, and a brief drive to and from the river, with no more than 15 minutes spent on the bus, round trip!
